If practice is any indication, this race is going to be laugher . Looking at the lap analysis, Stoner can throw down 155.5's and 155.6's at will, no one else is even close to being able to do it. Rossi beat Stoner at Laguna after Stoner dominated the weekend, but this track wont allow Rossi to hold Stoner at bay.

Since no one is or will talk about it I noticed the GS is down around 13kph to the Ducati...not a good sign.

Can you believe how much engine life Stoner wasted today? He had the session from the get go and still he was out there pounding. You'd think they would just sit him out until there was a challenge. And Rossi was not going to change his position either yet he did lap after useless lap.
And one more post before I roll lawn for 8 hours....where is West? Am I blind? I mean yes I did work until 2:30am yesterday but I don't see his name on live timing? Did I miss something?

Do you seriously think that they drive around in practices just for fun?
It's not wasting engine life. Actually I heard that Kallio said that nobody's worrying about the engines right now, they just try to put as many laps down as possible to get things into a good shape for the rest of the season. The time for worrying about engines only comes to play later in the season.

for those of you that couldn't watch, deangelis is lookin good too, it might not show it on the timing, but he would've been 1st if he didnt get held up like he did.. this should be a good moto2 race.. good 5 or 6 guys got pace.. top 15 within 1.2 seconds.. takahashi low side after his 2nd fastest lap but looks ok
