MotoGP: 2015 Round 17 - Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix (SPOILERS)

Talpa, bro, come on man. Don't be mad homie. VR is still gonna win this thing. I'm just having a bit of fun. J4no, so you won't discuss the conspiracy but will discuss the conspiracy? How can I not have fun with it. You guys been calling me the conspiracy theorist, Rossi comes up with yet another epic conspiracy theory, but you guys call it a mastermind head game. Ok ok, let's just start calling my posts Mastermind Facts since we can call black white and white YELLOW.

(Anybody remember that mock interview Rossi set up with his dad to whine? Can't find link, I want to re-read it. I need a bit more material. JP, can u Google that for me?)

Read better, -- I said I'm NOT interested in discussing conspiracies.
I'm still waiting to know from you how Dorna is going to rig it and stop JL99, MM93, AI29, DP26, AD04 from interfering with Rossi's "predestined"" 10th tite?

Until Rossi pukes in his helmet and then takes some time off, he could never be considered as big as whiner as Crashy Stoner. Let me know when Vale ....... himself into an early retirement. What Rossi said may have been whiny but it had a purpose, to make Marc clear off this race weekend. It will probably work. Sometimes a little whine is perfect when cheese is for supper.

Amigo, I've been telling you for years. And u tell me to read better? Haha bro, it's been rigged way before this race on Sunday. Otherwise Rossi wouldnt have been in this position to cruise to a title. Here, I'll post this so instead of reading you can just look at a picture. Self explanatory homie.

firs of all, i really dont get the level of animosity toward rossi in this or even other forums, i mean this guy is 9x world champion, whatever you say, he is and he will always be one of the greatest riders in history, and ive had some good times watching this guy race for the past 15 years, but im wise and old enough to see whats happening right now( which has happend a few times before)

well, this one is a puzzle i cant figure out, as lots of ppl are saying, i dont think rossi is just bitchin, its a mind game he is playing, but what troubles me is that what he can gain from this!!! is he trying to justify his 4th place in PI or trying to pile up the pressure on JL or.... i really dont know.

he has to bear in mind, when push came to shove(at PI) he finished 4th. thats it, man up buddy, if you wanna win the championship you have to at least win one the other 2 races otherwise its like meh(i really have no other word for it).

this is what i liked a lot about stoner, lots of ppl were saying he lack that mentality or not up for this kinda fights for a long run(they might be right too), but at least the guy had enough pride to forget the championship and race just to win each GP, and race out of his pure love for the game, and as he mentioned a lots of time what bothered him the most was these kinda game that riders are now playing, somebody needs to remind rossi buddy winning a championship by just ending up on the podium and capitalizing on other riders mistakes aint enough(i respect steady back and consistency but that doesnt make you a champion).forget about the records and all that bs(none of these guys are gonna catch him anyway) and if you claim to be good enough, then fking go for it and beat them, thats it.

Welcome Feros, you start off by saying you don't understand the animosity towards VR then proceed in glossing over Rossi's character assassination towards Marquez as a "mind-game"?

I guess you're right, you don't understand the animosity against him. Haha. Oh come on, don't be mad, I'm having fun. But on a serious note why has Rossi's whining and dastard accusations regarding the integrity of Marc been described here in such lofty terms? Ponder that my friend.

Are you familiar with the term: NEWSPEAK?

Ok, we are back to repeating mantras ad infinitum, I see -- in spite of everything. Fair enough, if this makes you happy, what is one to expect. :spin:

Maybe, when you are sober, consider that all this repetition makes it more and more real only for you and a few other believers. But I understand any religious belief needs constant group confirmation.

I think we need to start calling Rossi the 7 times world champion.

No other rider gets his lower class titles thrown in like this.

Well either 7 times, or we add everyone else's in, so Lorenzo becomes the 4 times world champion.

ok, youre right about 7 time WC.

@Jumkie, i said the animosity part first cuz it wasnt about this last press conference(or his whining or whatever), or any other one for that matter, ppl are hating for the most stupid reason possible, thats what i didnt understand,

and about "NEWSPEAK" , im familiar with that term but i think we have different opinion so i wouldnt mind if you elaborate.

Dude,

Seriously I think you need to find another sport to follow, because clearly you are really, really ...... up when it comes to Rossi, Dorna, Marc etc etc.
I think you would be much happier doing something else, because the odd time I come here now reading your .... is actually depressing and I feel sorry for you, go and play with your kids, enjoy the outdoors, maybe fishing?

Honestly I'm concerned for your well-being, someone shouldn't hate this much. Why do you watch the sport? Clearly anytime you see Rossi your blood must boil and its pretty hard to miss him whilst watching motogp.

This is just another .... around from VR, he's having a go and its created quite a storm. Jorge crapped on about bad luck costing him the title, Rossi is now having a go at Marc, its great! Drama buddy, lap it up and enjoy it-only I think you can't, time to lighten up bud and move on.

Nickys going to WSBK-maybe you might enjoy it over there a little more-forget Valentino Rossi-he's not worth it, they guy does not give the slightest flying .... about you or most of the others like us those who post dribble on forums and social media-as he said in the press conference today also.

Arrib's words almost exactly from about a month ago.:p

Cue the Kancer Choir.;)
They're always close by.

Stoner might have been faster and who knows, overall even a stronger rider than Rossi, but if you're really strong in a sport you don't run away from your field, from your mission. You stay there no matter what, you fight and you proove your points, taking victories and accepting defeats, race after race, year after year. Rossi has done that. Yeah, it's true he has the traits of the unemphatic selfish thuggish ......., of the spoiled-kid-grown-old on his throne who's not wise enough to leave in proper time and build a solid foundation for himself and his heirs. He's the Putin of MotoGP, he has flaws and I wouldn't be surprised at all if somebody demonstrated he's done bad stuff in the backstage with Dorna, taking advantage of the commercial value of his status and his public image.

Still, if he'll win his tenth this year - personally I think he will - it'll probably be the last time on this sport where, within a winning combo bike + man, the rider - and the man, the mind - is truthfully as important as the bike.

Although there's something fascinating in it, I don't like Lorenzo's half-zen/half-feminine attitude on his bike like "I race like a god for myself, the others don't exist"... It can help you win some races, but it hides a huge amount of inner weakness and it's normal it can't help you win championships. To really win, you gotta face the dirt, expose yourself to the muds, metaphorically speaking, of challenging other people and external events. Rossi does that, whining, moaning, punching, sweating, being lucky, being tactical, being brave, being patient according to the single event.

If Lorenzo is an Aphrodite, and Stoner an Achilles of sorts, Rossi, especially in this latest old version, is like Ulysses. Sometimes the legit one, sometimes the joycian one.

Agget, welcome to the forum. Let me remind ya'll of something that keeps getting glossed over while people WHINE about Casey leaving.

VALENTINO ROSSI THREATENED TO QUIT IF HE DIDN'T GET HIS WAY. (Well documented and more than once. He got his way and stayed.)

So...Lorenzo is an Aphrodite, Stoner an Achilles, and Rossi Ulysses. Got it.

A whining crying moaning threatening to quit Ulysses.

Michelin's have become ...., if they don't improve I'll QUIT. (Dorna to the rescue).

If I don't get Bridgestones I'll QUIT. (Dorna to the rescue)

Yamaha are not treating me like the King, I QUIT.

If Ducati don't improve I'll QUIT. (Dorna to the rescue).

If Ducati don't improve I'll QUIT. (Dorna to the rescue).

I am still waiting for you to provide any shred of documentation showing Dorna explicitly intervened on behalf of Rossi with yamaha....

I expect you sent it via snail mail....or you are still looking for it....

He will "find something" come Sunday.

(Likely in the back of the Bridgestones trailer marked Dorna Specials )

After fumbling around for a few days, maybe what he finds is Lorenzo's setup data. Just a thought.

Jum, i'm not trying to do battle with you, because it's one that I'll lose. You had me the last two years with MM/Honda favoritism. Maybe because I'm a Yamaha fan, but that made more sense to me. I mean, we could literally see the paper trail of documented rule changes, and we knew who was steering the ship. We saw a seemingly unstoppable force emerge in MM, which coincided with the rules changes.

That being said, I can't agree with the Rossi/Tire scenario. Again, maybe i don't see it because I'm a Yamaha fan, but here's why. It would really be something if it were true, but it seems unrealistic that so many people would be able to keep such a perfect secret for an entire season. There's so many people and companies involved, word would leak. Also, if bad luck doesn't fall on Lorenzo with the Helmet situation and him crashing, the master plan wouldn't have worked anyway, right? Why put the entire sport at risk unless everyone is in on it, guaranteeing the desired outcome. But then you see where we've come to; this is nothing more then expensive Roller Derby.

Jum, i love reading your posts, and whether people agree or not, you're pretty much what makes this forum go 'round. No disrespect, just a different perspective. Either way, i already told you i do wish to see Rossi win the 10th. It's a feel good story because of his age, and it's definitely good for the sport, as shown by the increased foot traffic in this cottage industry known as motogpforum.com.

Funny how mere mortals believe they have the moral authority to say when a "God's" reign is finished.

Excellent post. You reminded me of the wall thing a few years back at Yamaha. Then the data "sharing" at Ducati.

Nah bro, I'm a nice guy, but like all of us, the sport sometimes gets the best of us, more so with me. Personality flaw, granted. Some of my best friends are boppers and stoner haters. No seriously. I was best man for this forum 's ultimate bopper. Fact. Consider my posts half wind up half truths half speculation, and three quarters Kesh bashing. Ha!

There's a lot of good stuff I can say about Rossi. Honestly, but it's just I was ruined when I joined this forum because in 06 it was 99% boppers, and me (and about three others). For a,long time I heard the most epic mountain of turds turds piled on Hayden (my guy). Then...the heat subsided, only for the exact heap of turds to be piled on Stoner. Both guys honest kids trying to live out their dreams and putting in the work to achieve it. The effect to their enjoyment was absolutely visible. Prompting Hayden to place a sticker on his bike and patch on his leathers: Numbers Don't Lie. Please my good sir (and others reading this) what kinda .... have these two riders had to suffer through to prompt them to defend themselves this way.

So ReddiWhip, you can say I was ruined by that and it's been my perspective on the sport ever since. Flawed? Yes, no doubt. Any more flawed than any other fan? I don't know, perhaps yes. But I'll add, the same collective mindset that injured Hayden and Stoner has absolutely not changed. And why would it, they take their lead from Rossi worship, a man who just engaged in character assassination. With charts and doctored document no less.

Anyway, thnx for the kind words. Undeserved, we all make this thing go round round. I'm not joking when I say, I wish I had the comedic acumen of JKD and Mdub, the articulation of Arrabi and MikeM, the ability to spot the crux like Birdman and JP, the stable personality of LeviG, unstable personality of Cliche, the destructive ability of Kesh, the technical knowhow of 22, the .... of Sparrow, the beautiful looks of Willski, or the bartending job of Sovelhead. Honestly could go on and on about every member here and how we all contribute. We got Kropo here for .... sake. How awesome is that?
