Honestly JPS I'm not convinced any of the guys moving up other than Zarco deserve their ride next year. Rins for one thing has been a massive disappointment. And I know that Rabat didn't deserve his this year.

THIS!

I've been saying this since the four signed, and everyone's looking at me like I just landed on this planet.

How does Folger deserve that? And Lowes? They don't have any results worth mentioning. At least Rins is young and somewhat shows talent. But not for a factory ride. Zarco should have get the Suzuki seat and Rins tech3. But the kid wanted factory. Nothing else would do.

And yet there are still people that insist that Jack Miller should have done Moto2.

If the quality of the riders are such that to many they bring doubt about coming to Moto2, to me all that does is back/support the decision of HRC to bring Miller direct to MotoGP and bypass Moto2.

Sure some may say that Miller has not set the world on fire which may well be trues to a degree but he has (IMO) been better this year despite the injuries and has shown me enough at this stage, plus of course he has more Grand Prix wins than many riders of past years.

Was this picture taken at Sepang? I thought Pedrosa was injured and rode the Repsol bike?

Congrats and well done Dovi! A great race with none of that flag-to-flag ......... Some amazing overtakes in the wet. The first half of the race - I was thinking how surprising it was no one had fallen, and then they started going down. Seeing Iannone throw it away again, I can only reiterate that Ducati made the right decision. Oh.. and major congrats to Ducati for finally making a bike that can podium alongside the Honda and Yamaha with regularity. Hoping that Lorenzo manages to make it work, tho, seriously, I'm dubious. Still wondering how Ducati will fare in 2017 without the wings.

I couldn't help but notice Bradley Smith's receding hairline and his efforts to hide it, you think his team wouldn't have been so blatantly obvious about rubbing it in. Its almost cruel.

Congrats to Dovi for well deserved win.
Avintia did well again in the rain. Baz was riding well in practice and he sounded really confident in the grid. I was rooting for him even though he never get too much tv time. Pretty cool.

And yes Tito was doing Tito. Did he deserve his ride in GP? I thought so in the beginning of the season. It is really not working out but he works hard. 2017 may be different.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Karel Abraham return to the MotoGP paddock. Its a shame his father isn't a rich oil tycoon, he could then buy up every MotoGP seat and put some crappy riders on them to allow Karel to win a MotoGP world championship.

With Karel's record of buying rides for his entire career he may even go on to spend more time in the series than Valentino Rossi.

He could then similarly be hailed as the GOAT by millions of gullible glory hunters oblivious to the benefits of nigh on two decades of comparative advantage.

We all know Rossi only ever won races because he had such a huge advantage, without his advantage he would be struggling to beat Abraham.

You underestimate Uccio's abilities to clean the helmet correctly whilst tuning the bike with his last minute ideas after he has fitted the SNS and before he then goes on to motivate Rossi with words of such eloquence and beauty that anything less than a win is a failure, well unless Uccio decides that another position is acceptable due to those dastardly spaniards

Hahahaha, I literally spat my food out when i read that.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I mean Its as plain as day, if Lorenzo had Uccio in his corner at Sepang he would have finished on the top step of the podium instead of Dovi. Funny you mention the SNS tyres ... I cant reveal my source but i have it on good authority that not only was Rossi using special tyres but Uccio himself placed the order and gave Michelin the specifications.

Hell, he even did the midnight run in the truck to go and pick them up. (taps nose)
