Wish Thriller Miller and Oliveira would have gone to SBK. Not like the lower classes are teeming with talent, atm, but watching older passport guys ride around with miniscule chance of wins and podiums is not ideal. We'll see if they can improve their pace.

Not gonna get too high or too low about the progress or lack thereof regarding manufacturers. The early season chaos seems to be part of Dorna's schtick. Then after 4-5 rounds the championship race takes shape, and the proceedings become somewhat predictable. However, it is encouraging that Honda and Yamaha are close enough to participate in the early season chaos.

Marc is looking good. Pecco is already misplaying his hand. Martin is out for a few rounds. Valentino must be nervous.

Hey gang, a related question. I'm thinking of buying the best full year MotoGP pass, but would I be able to watch it on my TV, or just my computer? It'd be awesome if I could also watch it on TV, but will probably buy it anyway. Not sure what 'timing' is, but for $10 difference, might as well buy the best package. I was going to attend COTA, but the parking situation (last time it was 6 hours wasted in and out), plus overcharged hotels (although less than F1), I prefer to watch it on my computer, along with every other race. Really excited about this season:p, especially since even the 'little' Marquez seems to be at the front too. It's a shame about Martin, but hopefully he'll be back soon.

I can live without live timing. I just get the regular video subscription. You can watch on your TV, though I never do. The embedded player on the website has a chromecast icon. Another member will have to give you more information about watching motogp.com on a TV.

Thank you for your help. I'll also go just for the regular video; I just want to watch the action. Plus if you cannot remove the live data from the screen, it might even be annoying to have a crowded view all the time. Since I cannot sample both formats to decide, since the free preview is over, I'll go for the regular video, and save $11. Ha ha. If I could switch off live data at any time, then since it's just $11 more, it'd be a harder decision. Thanks again for the help; greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I used to have AppleTV, but not anymore. Only Netflix and Prime. But never mind. A cousin who is more tech oriented than me told me to just hook up my computer to my TV via a HDMI cable, and it should project over the TV (hope it's as easy as it sounds. Ha ha). And to watch races when wife is sleeping, I should be able to connect my Bose Bluetooth headphones to my computer as well. Will give it a try tomorrow. If it does, then seems like buying the MotoGP video pass is my best option. Thanks again, everybody. Looking forward to the spring tomorrow, and race Sunday.

I am a Luddite and I am sure there are better solutions but you can just connect your TV to your computer from the HDMI inputs/outputs on both devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on your TV. I have a 17 inch screen on my laptop for work purposes and often just watch on that when I am away from home anyway.

Just posted the same thing and it is as easy as it sounds even for a Luddite like me. We still get it live on cable in Australia and I usually just watch it on Foxtel at home, not bothering to look at the live timing simultaneously on my computer as was my wont in years past.

Who the fk is that?

Someone who doesn't race anymore and is now irrelevant?🤔

Sorry, just sick of the bitching, whining sook.
