May I repeat myself? "I'll be surprised if Casey makes any comment accusing Rossi of copying his lines". Stoner can get nervous sometimes, but he's surely not as silly as you -- he knows Rossi's worth very well. Saying that Rossi is like Barbera... well, I'd be really surprised if he did.

You know what is the real problem with you Jum ? It's that Rossi is improving and all your dire predictions about him being unable to ride the Ducati are now being exposed publicly for the heap of wishful thinking and rubbish they are.

Suppose that tomorrow Rossi makes the pole -- you'll have to go and hide somewhere, if you have any shame.

Better you prepare yourself, because even if it is not tomorrow it will not be long before the hated #46 tops the list again. Get ready... it will be soooo painful for you.

If Stoner was aiming that silly act at Rossi, I would say he is still sore about the Jerez. It is obvious from the video that Rossi was nowhere near to get the benfit of a tow for the whole last lap.

May be he couldn't digest that the Duc he left is now as fast as his perfect Honda?

Well, since they haven't done anything to the bike (according to you) that would be amazing. I mean, to improve the bike from all these imaginary tests (Vito 3 to date) and imaginary new parts, etc.

I have no issues if Rossi was actually benefitting from following Stoner. Rossi's head shake was at Lorenzo when he dived inside Rossi during his out lap or something like that. Rossi was like 50 metresbehind Stoner and IMHO this cannot be compared to anyone else's disapproval of being followed.

Hell, if Stoner takes issue to Rossi following him inspite of the gap, he should ask Dorna to conduct private practice sessions for him

I think he is imagining stuff because of his anger or frustration - "Valentino was always following me for a better laptime"? WTF, he was in the pit for 90% of the time when Rossi set a series of laps in low 1.38s..

Rossi's comment was relevant. He said that if he started whacking the back of his seat every time someone followed him over the course of his career, he would have broken it. Stoner has prompted rossi's reaction by carrying on like a spoilt child. Rossi did not do a single thing wrong during that session.

Can someone tell me, was Rossi getting a tow when he set his quick lap?

If stoner hadn't carried on, Rossi would not have bitten, I wouldn't be giving him a hard time.

So Rossi on the .... ducati was as quick as stoner on the super duper Honda. I think this was the reason stoner threw his dummy out.

It must be really getting to stoner that Rossi is only 5 points behind in the championship.

And I would say that is for the benefit of Jorge and Dani who are leading him in the championship, as it seems Stoner is taking his eyes off them and focussing his energy on Rossi

Stoner was not shy at all in the media interview. I say he has balls to sit there in front of him and say the stuff he did. Some may not like him but he ain't never scared to say what he thinks and do it right in front of the person as well. I like that.

Watching Rossi's body language during the media session none of it was positive. It would be nice to get Cal from 'Lie to Me' to give his impression of Rossi's response to the GP12 test question. From my limited knowledge of body language it smacked of shame and untruth.

As far as Rossi getting a tow we never get to see what is happening in the full sequence. If Rossi or others is slowly circulating waiting for someone to come past and then puts the power down to jump on the back (Barbara 100% of the time he is on the track in Practice & Qualifying) then the rider has a right to be pissed in my opinion. I would like someone to post up a video of Stoner EVER doing this in his career.

If Rossi thinks he is playing mind games then I think he needs to pull his head in. I would say it is the opposite and Stoner is working a political game that will force Dorna to play fair by continuously putting the bias on the front page of every MotoGP media outlet. Rossi knows its happening and does not like it.

Besides all that I was really impressed with Rossi's pace and style on the Ducati. I think he is starting to get to grips with the aggressiveness of the bike. I don't think he is comfortable with it but he is making the most of it which is all you can ask whilst they try and make the bike more compliant.

Stoner on the other hand had 2 bad sessions. I suspect they are trying to dial back the electronics which is new territory for their electronics guy and Honda and they are just not getting it right. He came out and did one lap and straight back in twice in FP2. If they can't get it sorted I suspect they will just put it back and try again on Monday.

I have missed that bit. The fight between these two is getting even more serious, and even better for us.

I only hope Rossi has the speed to make it a War. It will be very nice and exciting if they race next to eachother from start on sunday.

Lorenzo and Pedrosa meanwhile will be very happy with all of this. Stoner will invest some of his attention and concentration on Rossi and this will only be a negative thing for him, if he wants to get back to the top of the standings.
