Who was it saying Ducati wouldn't podium all year? That was a foolish prediction

Where is he?

lol...

It really matters not, because its really more about stoner having a rep for moaning, and this not helping that image.

When someone comes and aknowledges their mistake and apologises......show some class and take it and move on.

Humility is a likeable thing.

The whole point is that the attitude to rossi doing these things, and not just from the delusional among his fans, is different; cf the attempts of you and others on this thread to somehow make this stoner's fault, whereas rossi's punch or attempted punch (I wouldn't dignify it by calling it an actual punch) on biaggi shows what a guy he is.

Honestly, there is no reason to argue with anybody saying nothing was wrong with Rossi's pass or a variation of it. This was not a simple racing incident. Yes its raining, so this is when you pass with more care, Spies put on a clinic on this today (he crashed out and only effected himself, but was very careful to pass Pedro). That pass is NOT just a mistake. They are all human and make mistakes sure, but not every screw up can be categorized as just human error. Its delusional as Alberto Puig blaming Nicky when Pedro torpedoed him. In both occasions, it was simply the result of a man who is blind by jealous arrogance, and I'll ad cowardice. At very least Rossi went in to apologize, unlike Pedro. Though Vale not taking off his helmet was chickenshit. Again, there will be a lot of Boppers trying to split hairs on the DeAnglesk pass attempt, but you will convince nobody with basic sanity.

I'd like for all the members who talked .... about Toni Elias in 2006 (who are still here) to denounce Rossi with the same vigor.
<

I noticed stoner was on his back foot retreting while he is laying on the insults. Hardly to rossis face like a man was it. Rossi helmet arguement is lame.

The world according to Rob.

Its a good thing Stoner didn't take out Rossi

Well; Stoner did... He knew that Rossi was close; then initiated a breaking a 'tad' early to force Rossi to pass him; then tighten the line as he knew by experience the Ducati's front would not stand the trajectory... Unfortunately mis-calculated he was; taken by his own plan in the same time....

He tried the same at Laguna; hoping that Rossi would pull straight at his braking....

Damn racing; you could explain it 1,000's ways differently but you all made me laugh

Hey, I thought you were gonna take the misses out. Leave me along, I'm having a go at all the Boppers.

So im supposed to try and dig back to find that race of old because of today? rather than harp on the past id rathe you lot watch the race again but this time without your girly emotions blinding you to the facts. Banging on about past races proves nothing about today.

It's what's known as spotting a pattern. With Rossi - it's history repeating itself, ad nauseum.

Or as we say in the States... three strikes and yer out!

Please go back to my original post.

Of course it was rossi's fault.

But the comments were classless......of course anyone pro stoner is going to think otherwise.

Thats forums for you.

Really? I saw it more like, he sledged the guy, pretty hard, then, not having the wish to play any further part in the clown prince's turgid soap opera, he walked away.

Are you sure. It looked to me like Randy Depuniet caused the crash.

Again you reply to what you would like me to be arguing rather than what I am arguing; Rossi punching biaggi was classy was it?

Three of these types of incedents over how many years of racing?

Yeah a real obvious pattern lol.

You don't think he was being sarcastic? I think he was sarcastically implying that Rossi was going to blame the mistake on his shoulder. I agree though if Rossi was remotely sincere he should have taken off his helmet and gone to see Stoner privately.

I believe the first thing was actually shaking hand, tapping on shoulder and saying it's ok.

If Ducati paid as much attention to the Dukes front end as Uccio pays to Valentinos rear end Rossi would be on the podium.
