Wait, this was Casey Stoner????

Huh I thought it was somebody else.

I think he is trying to prove he is not a chick. But curve already proved anything is possible with the sweet pic.

I'm there already; and I like Stoner. It looks whispy and silly. If he can't grow it
thicker - he needs to have the wife hit it with a little mascara so it'll show up better
on camera.

Seems like they only have enough smarts to get 1 rider to the front of the pack. No matter how many times they change there second driver its always the same. I think it would help stoner a great deal if he had a teammate closer to the front with him.
Thats pretty funny. Ducati needs to clone Stoner, which is the factor u missed regarding Ducatis engineering.

Can Nicky thank rossi for his michies in 06? Farck......this one could go on!!

I believe mine was the tat, blame the firestarter, and I won't be adding anymore fuel.....

Or ....!

Hmmmmmmm ....

Ducati's engineers have never been able to get their second rider a decent bike except in test's. Funny how they can find something to get him close to stoner in there test sessions but can't seem to find a decent setup for the race.

Face it, Ducati is a one rider team.

Copy here the result:

I dont understand Randy case, may be he is the most Ohlins-experienced Honda rider. This proved the potential of the 2010 RC212V, with assumption that Randy has a satellite bike.

I love Aoyama!!!!!!!!

Melandri WTF.

Nicky still full 1 second behind Casey. I hope this gap will be reduced to 0.5s in two races. Ben has a disappointed qualifying session but his consistency is the key to success tomorrow.

I may go to Sepang race this October, will anyone be there?

Last week I was in Sepang F1 race, and had chance to enter the pit, took some photos with team personnel, with cars in Parc Ferme after the race, some photos with Safety car. Unbelievable.

I dont know what it sounds like, but it is fast, Stoner's trap speed is 6mph up on Rossi

90% I will be there... can't say 100 'cause last year had tickets and had to blow it off due to unforeseen circumstances...

acording to furuwasa getting the new yam engine to be as good but with longer life hasnt been easy.

Yes, you are right IMO. Exactly aligned with my point. Ducati NAILED it. And seeing several teams like say Honda (don't you dare say Suzuki) that have not nailed it makes me think that hell the Ducati street bike I desire is well worth the money and Honda can collect dust. Sadly, I'm cheap (cheap DNA). So, I keep my SV but! Should I win the loto...all bets are off and I grab the 848 even before I pay off the mortgage. The UJM can just rot.

Jumkie, old chum, I am not anti Stoner so don't give me the gears. I am thinking long term here try doing the same. Autumn will be here sooner than we like and then? Oh that will be thorny times I predict.

Ducati did though, for whom he has been riding if you haven't noticed, and he was able to fairly quickly ride the bike and tyres much more rapidly than loris despite apparently having zero set-up ability. To my knowledge stoner and certainly not loris was the only one able to ride the hard compound bridgestone tyres which stoner employed in most of his wins in 2007.

I was mainly referring to "those of your ilk" in regard to 2006, as you are not a noteable detractor from nicky's win although plenty were and still are. I was however also making the point that if you blame stoner for ducati's early season woes in 2008 who exactly is responsible for yamaha's apparent problems in the first part of 2006?

Apparently, "hot knives" is not a phrase lost on the Rossi adoring Aussie. A possible common result of such an activity might be labeled "Stoner's Qatar" myopia. The populous ringing the circumference of your gigantic great nation seem sane enough, however, it seems "some" are less logistically and intellectually available...hence the special after condition known as "Talpa's denial" arises.

Oh well, Monday morn ought to have cleared the initial phase away and mourning could begin. A case of "Rossilackofpointstolladitis" may need an Advil or two. Nothing a GP couldn't handle.

Judging by this thread alone I see the boppers are still out in force around here.

ducati has only 1 decent rider.

hayden was so so on the honda. kallio was just a good rider in 250, but nothing exceptional.
