Its good to see another Bopper stirring!

You and Goatee are todays other champions, in the middle of Caseyfest (or Harry Stoner in this tale) a few dark wizards aligned to Valentinomort raise the dark mark above the motoquidditch championships.

And somebody killed Dani the house elf.

I think you've got that all wrong, it's Casey that's been given a sock.

Casey - Kudos

JLo - Champion Again congrats

Cal - Well done!

Dovi- Look 4 places back that is where you will be next year...

Bautista - You beat the rookie well done

Bradl - Next year will be better

Vale - Number 1 Ducati rider in the world today....not as though you had much of a challenge for that position

Nicky - Got your ... handed to you again by your team mate....how is that limp wrist of yours?

Karel - Number 1 CRT rider ?
<

Espagaro - CRT champ

Dani - Bride's maid again! Better luck next year when MM arrives!

Straya 1,2,3 ..... Yo Straya!!!

Westy should be back in MGP ......... just look at the slouches they have in there instead of him!!

Basically anyone lower than P8 I'd suggest!.

Put Westy on the number one Ducati ..... Even on a dry day its like riding on a wet day anyhow, so at least get a rider who knows how to ride when things get loose!!.

Has there been another time with Aussies on podium across al three classes?? I can't think of any; is it a first?

No there has not been! Because there is only 3 of them not like with the Spaniards where there is 50% of them in every field hecause that is what fucken Dorma wants and is pushing for! That is what is wrong with motogp because Dorma keeps changing the rules. Soon there will be no other riders except Spaniards and motogp will be called aniardgp oy should that be analgp hahAaaa,,,

LOL

Are you EVER gonna forgive the little ......?

I gotta admit that my own feelings of sympathy instantly evaporated when I saw Lord Puig glaring at Peddles after he'd limped back to the pits. So long as you willingly associate with ........ like Alberto, Karma will bite you in the ... time and again.

In an extract from the Stoner documentary I think, stoner was giving full credit in the early stages of his career to Alberto so is he blinded by him as well?

Anyway, stoner deserved the win and got it the way he rode this weekend. Not by a second a lap though...

Congrats Jorge, well ridden this year.

Pedrosa had a great year this year. Not quite good enough but one he should be proud of.

Cal rode well. Starting to show more potential than Dovi.

Am glad stoner won - very fitting to the end of his career. Masterclass at PI displayed once again.

Sad Pedro crashed, was looking good to take it to the final race.

Well done to Jorge, all the hard work was done early season and rode very sensible races.

Yeah what is it about GP riders!!? They can't seem to see reality like your average socially needy race fan.

Here's another Puig gem, he's only won one GP!!! mate that like half as good as Jumkie's favorite rider ........ a few more than us though I would grant you, but still if we join a big enough gang of needy race fans that will make us look hugely better than Puig!!

The impending retirement of a super-talented rider like Stoner makes Lorenzo's second title something of a non-event.

Next year, with a retired Stoner and a fading Rossi, we risk being left with a season-long duel between Lorenzo and Pedro... Yawn.

Lorenzo deserves for his consistency, however (just like his friend Biaggi in SBK) he is the less inspiring and most unexciting world champion in recent times, both for his riding style and race tactics. No amount of arm-throwing and jumping around in celebration can change that. And even without putting any asterisks, it is a fact that both in 2010 and now he had his strongest rivals for the title injured and out for several races - another aspect that makes it difficut to feel enthusiasm about him and his achievements.

What is this post? Genuine fact put forward (can send you the recording) and genuine question from me because I wanted to know how Stoner's view fitted in with Geo's post.

Cal got a podium!!
<
<
Yes, I am happy about it. Seems like he should get bronchitis more often if rides like that with it!

Have to confess I did feel a little sorry for Pedrosa, what a shame to lose it that way.

Hell of a ride by Casey Stoner though, he was in a league of his own there wasn't he? It was nice for me to see why everyone says he's so good, he showed it today that's for sure.

Great scrap between Dovizioso, Bradl and Bautista, the way they kept swapping places was exciting.

So Lorenzo is champion, not that he looked excited about it or anything
<

A good race and I was thrilled for Cal, he rode really well I thought and completely deserved his podium finish.

I believe the history is well and truly documented. Dani is #26 of Puig's riders, Casey is #27. When Casey and his family were living in a motorhome they had it parked in Puig's back yard and Puig assisted him in the Spanish and British 125cc championships ( The support may have been an extension lead).

There was a point where Puig put all his support behind Dani, but he had assisted Casey quite a lot in the early days.

Puig brought a lot of riders along but settled on acting exclusively for Pedrosa and Honda. He created a comfortable little niche for himself, but it never got he and Dani a championship. Nor does it get Dani the 15M Euro offer that Casey got to stay (which he turned down obviously).

Dani apparently can do excellent frog imitations as well, but only privately.

Edit: For Lyria - it sucked for Lorenzo to win the championship at Phillip Island, the crowd only had eyes and ears for Casey and Jorge deserved better. He rode a beautifully calculated season on a slightly inferior bike to the Honda (IMO). Jorge has heard Dani imitate a frog and he thinks its childish. Apparently they were out one night in Spain, trying to cruise for some chicks and Dani got a bit excited and some words came out, then he made his "ribbit" noise and looked around seeking approval only to get disbelieving stares. The girls immediately associated Jorge with the frog noises and he went home alone that night and had to rub one out like any normal guy.

Edit 2: Cals podium was excellent, his beard and wild staring eyes make him look like a madman. Very cool

Thanks for explaining that Andy. Lorenzo would no doubt have enjoyed winning the championship at his home race but at least now he's got it he can just really enjoy the last race even more without having to think about getting the right number of points and so on can't he? The pressue is off for him.

Stoner the best; Lorenzo the champ (deserved but un-deserved) And Pedro the peoples champ.

If Honda hadn't been fighting against advesity all frikkin year one of them woulda won the championship.

I feel robbed.

Well do Casey you could see this win coming you'll be missed Dude

Jorge Consistent that got him the Title Yam on Rails

Dani Bad luck but every year your all ways chasing someone

2012 a very poor year

Colin on a bike like that pfft that team need kicking out and others

Duc for sure it wont improve more off's and injury's for there riders

so next years turn off will be

Honda in house battle

Rossi playing #2 to Jorge's consistency

CRT You can have rules improvements coming etc bah just look at them there a Superbike

Winter Sports is here thanks to GermanTV.

In 2011, Lorenzo was injured;

in 2010, both Pedrosa and Rossi were injured;

in 2009, Lorenzo suffered a whole series of crashes; Pedrosa started the season injured from pre-season testing, and Stoner was severly struggling and eventually missed 3 races due to sickness;

in 2008, Lorenzo was going for the highside record, Pedro was crashed in pre-season testing (deja-vu?), crashed and missed 2 round during the season, while Stoner reaped the benefits of a new spec Bridgestone and onboard camera's apperently duck-taped on by Ezy himself

etc.

I think Lorenzo fully deserves the title. Staying on, not getting injured and being consistent is part of the game.

....

But man, I am going to miss the excitment Stoner brought to the sport.

if jorge needs to prove himself once more, next year is another chance.

i really hope the arrival of marquez and the continuation of the lorenzo-rossi feud can fill the giant void stoner leaves

Congrats to Casey. Like anyone else was gonna win this one!

Congrats to Lorenzo. Did all the hard work earlier in the season and defended his points advantage from then sensibly.

Didn't like the way he was constantly bouncing about on the podium though, You came 2nd Mofo!.

Cal did a great job, pulled a gap to keep 3rd safe and managed it well,

Dovi, Has the wick been turned down? Possibly to get Cal higher up the champs before the end of season? TBH suprised he didn't stay with Cal for the usual tech3 battle we've become so familiar with this season,

Bautista and Bradl showing true promise and should be better next year, both did a great job of keeping Dovi honest!

Rest!? Who gives a ....!
