I am truly impressed by the speed and organisation of the yellow army. The second they are needed, they are mobilised in an unprecedented scale and have been lighting up the inter webs in support of their charge. The UN need to recruit these people and put their skills to use for the good of the world, instead of wasting their skill defending the indefensible.

Maybe you can answer as so far all of the yellow horde have not ............ but, if we are to believe that this was accidental can someone please explain to me why, in a right hand corner an extremely experienced racer was looking backwards over his left shoulder BEFORE impact and incident?

The head position of VR is (IMO) somewhat damning and irrespective of whether MM hit VR or VR hit MM or a dingo got involved, the .... hit the fan and something is not right with that head position

Oh Rossi definitely drove MM to the edge of the track and made sure he could see him there by looking at him....
Then Rossi started to look forward again, MM accelerated and rammed Rossi in the knee....
Rossi kicked out to get MM off or out of anger...

Either way, the red mist had descended on them both about a lap and half before that....so one or both was going end up on the ground....that much was clear.....But Rossi should have known better....

In the end the penalty will be reduced, and Valencia will happen and JLo will win the title.....Hurray for JLo....

Go Captain Pedrosa!

I remember Makoto getting rubbed out for so much less.
How this .... is acceptable is beyond me.
Jaysus Rossi, I know it's been 6 years, but this is nuts.

That's the one

Tamada got a race ban for forcing Gibernau wide - Gibbers completed the race but complained

Couldn't remember the suspended rider when I mentioned it earlier

Like JPS said....Dorna is in the entertainment business...

It just happens to revolve around a sport that hasnt been a true sport since long before Rossi joined it....

You can point out the short coming of the sport all you want.....wont make a damn bit of difference to Dorna.....so long as you keep spending your hard earned money on them...

And if you feel that i was personally attacking you for your comments then you'd be mistaken and a little to thinned skinned....I was just pointed out the irony of your comments....

If you dont like what Dorna does then dont watch, buy or attend their sport....

Murder Marc, as you yourself has called him, was making some hard passes, and even hit Rossi with his helmet on the knee for driving him wide before Rossi kicked out.... Was Murder Marc justified in hitting Rossi?
No but since MM's action dont fit your world view you choose to instead call the whole thing unfair and a farce.....
Solution for you is to stop watching Motogp....you will be a much happier person clearly.....
You were absolutely attacking me personally. You did not debate anything with your comment, what you suggested was I stop watching. You have failed to understand the meaning of my first sentence, again plenty of honest riders in a dishonest sport. Should I stop supporting them? Again your position is untenable. Try again to debate why I should stop watching in the context that YOU fail to call this sport ........ and specifically the violation of Rossi and the refusal of the very body in charge of maintaining safety has miscarriaged their only duty.

Again, no answer or are you saying that mid race, after having just gotten in front of someone he believes is a rolling road block that Rossi will slow and look over his shoulder.

Sorry, not buying it

He has just gotten in front of MM and MM is offline (we agree there) but rather than drive out of the corner Rossi slows below usual race speed and looks backwards at MM rather than take race advantage and drive through and out of the corner to pursue Lorenzo.

Yes riders will occasionally look backwards after a touch but I cannot seriously recall an incident into a right hand bend where a rider has looked backwards and left, whilst simultaneously slowing to a speed significantly below the usual speed at which he would take the corner.

I mean, Rossi did not do the look or slow at Argentina and nor Assen, but here after the lead up, he does it.

People will make up their minds either way but I am happy to say that the video is more damning of Rossi than some seem to admit (and I am not excluding MM from partial culpability)

It's your belief that Rossi looked back at Marc to see where he was to crash him out. Again, point out in the video exactly what Rossi did to cause Marc to crash! The video clearly shows Marc speeding up and head butting Rossi's leg. If Rossi's forks compressed right before Marc hit him, I'd see that as proof Rossi caused the contact by hitting the brakes. But we can see that's not the case and that it was Marc who sped into Rossi.

It's not against any rule for a rider to look back. It was a weird incident with both Rossi and Marc slowing down off line, but I just can't see an action from Rossi that made Marc crash.

Rossi's INTENTION is NOT debatable. He is as guilty as a man caught admitting his crime on camera. He looked at Marquez and used his control of his machine to DELIBERATELY crash him out.

I really hope he takes you to court on what you write.

Agree - I expect that come Valencia it will be 'under appeal' with a meeting/hearing scheduled for after Valencia, and of course with it 'under appeal' it will mean that there is no penalty applied until a final determination, thus it will be 'all positions normal'.

After the race has been run and won with Rossi crowned I suspect that it will then be a further month and we shall hear that the appeal has been successful or the 'punishment' will be changed to a monetary penalty such that there can be no impact on the championship results.

The real shame will be that should Lorenzo win, there will be many people who will come up with the old 'he only won because' line and completely forget about the 'other' stuff

Fail try again.

Maybe Marquez confused Rossi's anorexic leg with Pedro's traction control sensor?

In a court of LAW (as opposed to the kangaroo court of Dorna and public opinion ) Rossi's actions today would surely be grounds to prosecute actual criminal consequences. Deliberately using any object as a dangerous weapon to assault someone is not actually offered immunity in sport. You should hope Rossi does not have to face a COURT of LAW.

Not at all and nor have I said that ......... it is you who seems to believe that is the case.

What I am saying is watch incidents, races and collisions and for Rossi to act in that manner is not the behaviour of a guy who has just bettered the person who he believes has been holding him up and was trying to cost him the title.

Rossi CONTRIBUTED greatly to the accident by his actions of pushing the rider wide (which is a somewhat acceptable ploy) but the greater issue is the severe slowing (which is clear to see).

You are right, it is not against any rule to look back, but it is also not against any rule that a rider cannot hang back and 'play' with others riders either, championship deciding or not and yet VR complains of such an action and then we have this.

If one were to look at it, joining the dots, one can draw a few conclusions,

LOL....Wow you are very moody today....

I am suggesting you stop watching a sport since you dont love it anymore, and your posts show you that clearly....You can of course keep watching, buying and attending Dorna's MotoGP (and WSBK) so they can keep taking your money....

Rossi, MM and even Hayden wont and dont care what either of us think.....they just want us to love them, attend races and buying their stuff......so they win all the time.....

Rossi was in the wrong completely.....should he be DQ'd? that is up to race direction....you dont agree with race direction ... too bad....

Epic fail try again.

Now he's head butting Rossi in the leg? Confused sports, this not WWE, though I admit it can at times be hard to tell the difference. Hey thinking WWE maybe next race Rossi can bring the classic chair to the ring no sorry race to smack Marquez in the back of the head.

Thrice you have failed to understand my first sentence, you have either ignored it or are incapable of recognizing it's meaning. Why should honest riders be penalized by me tuning out because the sanctioning body is corrupt? Does this corruption make those honest participants corrupt? Just stick to this point of Debate. Don't go off on a deflecting tangent.

As far as my 'enjoyment' you have made a poor and grossly incorrect assumption. Today's race was my absolute favorite of the seasons. Because it finally in spectacular infamous fashion exposed Valentino Rossi to the facts and opinions I've been pointing out for years. I feel absolutely vindicated. I love it. I cannot overstate my joy of seeing him burn in disgrace. He deserves it. With the added benefit of highlighting the delusion of his insane fantatics supporting his actions today.

I find it hard to believe Rossi pulled a move like this at the Sepang International Circuit after the events of the recent past....he totally lost the plot out there today.

Piss poor effort from him to not front the presser either....exactly the sort of reaction I have come to expect tho....

I have a gut feel that at the moment Krops sites has comments disabled ..........

Now let me ask ............ since when do 2 wrongs make a right?

Well said, the red mist was down with both riders as you say Migs.Marquez should be spoken to as well as Rossi, it was inevitable someone was gonna come off, and it was lucky nobody got seriously injured today.

I was thinking the same. Clearly Rossi is not at a safe level mentally to race. It was race directions duty to bring him in, nothing to do with the championship, but for his and the other riders safety. Clearly RD still don't understand this concept.
