Or just maybe Yamaha had better riders since the x-plane crank era. Stoner was the obvious exception before Marques, but got injured for one of the 2 years he rode for Honda. Adapting faster hasn't happened this year so far for Yamaha, or is that for their "no1 rider"? Rossi also seems to have adapted to the new '14 tyres when Bridgestone bring themDont use Google. Think for yourself, in the four-stroke era which ride would you take. I say since they switched to the cross-plane crank I would take the Yamaha as the career choice bike to have. And when Honda meddles with the rules ala change to 800cc Yamaha generally kicked there arse. Switch to 1000cc again Yamaha adapt faster. Future change to control ecu I think Yamaha will adapt faster. From there its easy to say Lorenzo is in the better position, he is on a factory Yamaha.
I think your comment about Lorenzo being in the best place is some serious reaching at this point in the season, and am totally unconvinced by your arguments. He may win the WC if something strikes Marques down, but at the moment he is behind Marques, as well as Pedrosa and Rossi. As for the control ECU (whenever that happens), meh..
I think for myself at all times, but your statement that Yamaha had won more WCs then Honda was clearly bollocks, no matter which way you paint it - "I don't need to google. I know Yamaha have more WCs" is not the same as "don't use google, think for yourself - Yamaha should have more WCs given blah...".
As Hayden fans know, the numbers don't l1e - stop trying to change the parameters and stick to your guns, unless of course, you find you have turned them on your foot!
