Had Lorenzo suffered the same injuries Rossi suffered this year, would he be World Champion now? Obvious answer: NO
So the reason Rossi could not even try winning the title again this year, is not just Lorenzo's utter invincibility... There was something else in the picture, wasn't it...
Not taking credit away from Lorenzo does not mean ignoring the facts altogether.

those who think THAT was hard passing need to move on to another sport..maybe golf.. poker perhaps... the passes of the past few years are NOTHING compared to passes done in the 500/990 days.. real racing.
Maybe MotoGP should do away completely with Race Day... Just run FP's and Q... top time wins... sounds great hu.
Ironically half the time qualifiing is more exciting than the race XD
Yeah i agree, people here are getting pathetic. All this fuss about a single pass in the whole race while back in the day this used this was done 20 times.. Watch Phillip Island pre 800, now that's some real racing.

It's only a few of the usual haters posting negatively about the pass without any facts ,just spin. They play with words when there confronted like "disparate ect" because they know there was nothing wrong with it. It's the same people coming up with the same .... purely because they hate anything rossi and will go out of their way to look for the slightest thing to try to promote their hatred. We all know its more about rossi than the pass with these so-called race fans. Thankfully there a minority here.

I uploaded almost 30 pictures of all different angles, and those who are talking against, haven't showed a single one to say what exactly Rossi did wrong in that last overtake. I see Hayden has already left the door Wide open (the most of the road became Rossi's), and Rossi went for it, and never touched him at all, and most importantly non of the riders especially Nikky himself hasn't mentioned any fault or dirty thing about it, in fact he wanted to try one of those on Rossi, and he aborted it.
Are we really expecting Rossi or any other rider stays behind Hayden at that situation? I believe a few of Hayden fans didn't like the end result or they just see a fault in it when Rossi does it, and not when all the other riders do it, like Nikky himself on Horhay, and no matter what, these few would have bitched about something else. That's why i up loaded "Rossi's hand in his nose" picture, to give them some visible document.
