agreed about the rest, the idm for example is not even good enough to make the jump to wsbk ,all good german riders were in rookies cup or spanish championship

Twitter is a type of facebook, VR use to call press conferences to remind us about his shoulder for half a year. Then he figured a much better tactic to deflect attention. The question is whether the attitude you so abhor is due to nature or nurture. I would contend that with all the nonsense, mostly subsequently proven incorrect by him, spouted about him over the years (not so much by you personally) chips on shoulders are understandable, and if this annoys the detractors who were causal so be it.
