Suicide watch: Talpa
say jumkie, why do you think theres no way duc would consider the screamer once again?
Because at the time they used the screamer, the difference between Stoner and the humans was greater than when they went to the big bang, allowing the humans like Nicky to post decent results.
extra power like stoner did
Suicide watch: Talpa
(Poor Talps, yesterday he got his hopes up rounding .7+ to "just over half sec". Have you heard that song: What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours. How you gonna round 1.3+ today?)
The big question is: Will Talpa stand by his man until (if) #46 learns how to ride the Duc, or will he give up on MotoGP altogether? Fixing the Duc may take most of the year, and the damn thing may not be fully competitive 'till 2012.
The typical Bopper requires constant positive emotional feedback; most won't have the patience to wait. Will Talpa?
In the meantime, look for Talps to display, in order, these classic symptoms of loss.
1. Denial
2. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression
5. Acceptance
I think it's safe to say that #1 has kicked in, big time.
I think part of the problem is Rossi requires a smoother bike. So having a more "raw" bike would set him back even more. Just my opinion, but who knows.

The elephant in the room... Depuniet - in his first season with the new team, is ahead (yesit's "only testing) of Simoncelli, Dovi, Edwards, Hayden, and Rossi et al- on a Ducati???

this and elias' performance get me wondering if maybe its not elias but rather a piece of .... lcr honda
LCR was never that bad of a satellite team unlike Team Scot. Not quite sure why it is that Elias is struggling so bad though, seeing how this year the Honda seems to be the bike to beat.
Wasn't aware Simoncelli was riding a Duc, but with MotoGP, nothing is off the table. I heard last year they had given Rossi a Tech3 bike and just put Fiat stickers on it.
Rumors are swirling that Burgess and Preziosi want to hire Casey to give riding lessons, but that Rossi is opposed to the plan.
I'd gladly pay a million bucks to watch Stoner 'accidentally' jump on the wrong bike and go run a few 1:55 laps. I have little doubt he could do it.
