Great Q2 session. Miller P2, didn't see that coming. Marquez on the 2nd row which means he'll be in a hurry to get to the front which could mean carnage for somebody, hopefully not Fabio.

Yeah I hope not.
Needs to just relax, warm the tyres and the brain, before getting stuck in.

Yup, there is a hint of desperation around MM. I hope he reels it in and gets his feet planted on the foot pegs with the rubber side down.
Peco, it’s simple. Same recipe, keep the rubber side down and go faster than anybody else. He can do it, will it be tomorrow?
Mav I still like ! Yes he is testing the limits. Perhaps a great career in real estate awaits, similar to the last unfavored rider to win a few GP’s, a certain Kocinski. But I hope Mav pulls a rabbit out of the hat and manages to salvage his career. It’s no doubt a tall order.
Everybody else with a championship aspiration will keep their head down and race for points. At least I hope Fabio will. He has shown great progress this year.
Great season so far!
Miller for the win!

Rossi dead last. I have noticed in the past, when in a bad position, he often doesn't finish the race, for whatever reason.

Stunning composure. Not sure how it would have gone if they swapped bikes though.

Great duel, Bags didn’t fade, well deserved victory. Mir on the podium, steady progress. Wonder why Fabio wasn’t closer, looked like he bobbled the start with a multidimensional wheelie.

Pecco rode that to perfection. Bravo! Excellent race from Marc also. He rode like the Marc who wins championships.

A gracious interview with Crafar from Pecco too.
"Marquez his body isn't the best"

You just beat him at a track he has won at the last 4 times he was there mate!
You did farkin well!! [emoji15][emoji41]

Baggy was totally Zen. So impressed. And as Warty said, the Duc can turn. I was stunned at how planted it was when he was pulling along inside MM.... smooth. HRC really need to rethink their chassis. I'd love to have seen MM's tires after the race. Mir did exactly as I expected given the the lack of progress with the bike itself.

Waiting to hear WTF happened with Fabio. That .... was sad.

Aprilias getting better and better.

Vinales right where expected.

MM looked alot better.
Didn't exactly chill at the start but didn't bounce off anyone either.
Hard to say if his body held him back.
Looked like he got the best he could out of the bike, farked shoulder or not.
Pecco had him on brakes and corner entry in a few spots though, which I didn't expect.
Enjoyed the race alot!

Was not expecting MM to take it easy at the start. I think he knew Bagnia would run away. I hope that this was not a one-off for him. If he can equal or near equal today’s performance in the closing stages of the season, it could get really tight between him and Fabio. And with MM coming back to form, it starts to remind me of past seasons with Stoner, Lorenzo and Vale at their peak, but with a much more competitive field behind them. This really does feel like another golden age for the sport.

Marc would have needed to make the pass early in the lap or Pecco was going to blow past on the back straight and out brake him into the final corner. Marc did the best he could with a bike that isn't all that good. The honda is the new ducati. Completely unpredictable front.
