disagree mate, ive looked at the crash again and i clearly see dani at the rear left i.e offside and he slows very suddenly as if he grabbed the breaks or hit the back of oj's bike. this incident is in the very first frames on eurosport coverage.,

you must have different coverage from me mate, all i saw was rossi in the garage explaining to the engineers what the problem was,
i would call that more of a de-breafing that a whinning.

was dissapointed in todays race specialy with elias for riding like a 3 year old on a tricycle geez if you got a line stick to it, rossi should have just gone into his garage and rammed a wrench up his backside. imagine elais done that on the first corner it would be A DISASTER.

until next time

Can you explain this phrase please. Nothing to do with sports, I'm just trying to understand some song lyrics, but black kettle confuses me.

Sorry again!!!

I'm assuming this phrase comes from a while back, when pots and kettles were made of iron and, therefore, were black. When someone says "pot calling the kettle black," it is usually accusing someone of being hypocritical. If the black pot calls the kettle black, then the pot is a hypocrite. In this case, Rossi "calls the kettle black" if he accuses Elias of riding dangerously (remember Jerez '05?).

Thanks!!!

There was also Cheyenne leader chief Black Kettle, so I was really confused (with song, not rossi)

OJ entered the corner far too fast, he directly hit Edwards with the front and then tried to lift the bike, and that made his rear wheel hit Dani's front, and both crashed and then Dani's bike swept away taking out Vermeulen.

Clearly OJ's fault.

Olivier Jacque - DNF
"I am really sorry about what happened and there are no excuses: I made a mistake. I got a decent start and I was feeling good. It was a big group and I saw a good opportunity to make places up after the fast turn into the chicane. I was in the middle of the group and I missed my braking marker and when I braked it was too late. There was no space. I had no way out and couldn’t avoid touching Edward’s rear wheel. I made high flight and landed on my coccyx. I thought I had broken it, as it was really painful, but luckily it is not. Now I still feel a little bit dizzy but I feel even worse for the team as we had worked really hard throughout the weekend and the bike was feeling very good. I’m really looking forward to China to work even harder and reward them.”

Great ride from Casey, he was clearly the class of the weekend and did what Rossi use to do.

Best ride for me was Chris Vermuelen, the guy is always fighting for every position and had the race pace to ride with Elias and maybe Stoner (although Casey never really needed to push). Hopefully he can keep that momentum going into China.

Valentino is pissed with Elias, but for no good reason. Jerez 05. Great battle for third, the Ducati definitely loved this circuit.

It will be interesting to see how Michelin repsond for China, a race they dominated last year. Maybe Bridgestone can hand them their ..... again?

If you'll excuse me, I was kind of waiting for all these to put up…

(Of course this one two):

http://www.motogpforum.com/forum/index.php...t=0&#entry62031

So here I go, Elias did a tough overtaking maneuver, it’s racing, that’s the way it goes, no doubt, no problem from me with it. He applied this overtaking maneuver to Rossi when there were still 13 laps to go and the only thing I would point out is that Elias closed and touched fairing with Rossi still on the Straight, NOT once Rossi had already started to lean down! Anyway, it was tough but it’s racing.

Now, to get to my point, if we get to the tyre probem… hell sht! If I had been riding with that tyre I would have stopped immediately and abandon the race, and not risk my life for a blowout like Nakano’s, remember? Moreover, Rossi held Hayden for a whole lap with that complete worn out tyre, from 7th when passed by Barros till 6 to end. The problem must have started obviously when he started dropping positions from second, so to even finish the race… Of course I would be complaining my head off; it’s a life at stake.
