I was the child like person who threw her jacket to the floor and blonked herself on it till it was time to stand up (everyone else had them picnic blankets). And when it started to rain putting her jacket on everyone said - "have you seen the state of your jacket"?. To which i kept on repeating for the next 12hours "its only mud, it won't hurt, it'll come off"!

So if you saw someone in rift black leathers with a clean arse (until she promptly sat on the muddy gravel under the screen to wind her mate up cause apparently i wasn't going on the back of his bike looking like that) and a very muddy jacket with a new rossi beani on and a Dennis the menis helmit that was me

Sounds like you were pretty much just in front of me.

I was with a really big guy in a MSS Kawasaki jacket, and this kid in front kept waving this big inflatable duck in front of me.

Yeah, but you get covered in mud wherever you go at Donny - the stalls, the viewing banks, all the paths... there's no avoiding it so you just get used to it.

If that duck got in my way of the view (which it looks like it did) I would have reached over a popped the damn thing. Hahahaha (seriously)

It wasn't too bad as he was only about 4ft tall. It's all the bloody umbrellas going up during the race that did my head in.

No joke there Junkie. We like to make sure that when you leave the race, you take a little piece of Donnington home with you.

We were up just under starkeys bar right at the top. took chairs which gave us a cracking view of craner and old hairpin right up to mcleans. Good view of giant screen as well. didnt get result i wanted. must of been the only guy there in red praying for rain.

what a mistake to make !!

extremely disapointed after bringing own radio to listen to only to have to buy one a cost of fiver each. bloody cheek.

attendance was around the 90k mark. What a bloody laugh trying to get car from campsite on sunday afternoon. 8 carparks fed into one small gravel lane with one steward on getting complaints from car owners over crashing in 3ft mud. waited an hour watching people getting towed out of the field then decided to leave car in field and walk to hotel. Good choice as spent the evening shooting .... with JB and other teams. good times.

Friday pit lane walk was good as all riders were there handing out pictures and signing them.
very sad to see Donny go but looking forward to silverstone in June.

We got to the que at about 7.00ish. There was a fucing huge que by the carpark near the paddock, we walked up a bit further to the exhibition centre where 2 gate were open and hardly no que at all.
