You never heard about the huge mud-bath at the 2000 British Grand Prix then?
I reckon the mud wasn't too bad this year, though it made it a bit dodgy going up and down the banking on Sunday. And at least there wasn't the huge lake on the infield that there was a couple of years back.

I was to the right of the spark plug approx 4 metres from the little fence almost straight behind where the stewards stand/sit. On the infield.
I was the child like person who threw her jacket to the floor and blonked herself on it till it was time to stand up (everyone else had them picnic blankets). And when it started to rain putting her jacket on everyone said - "have you seen the state of your jacket"?. To which i kept on repeating for the next 12hours "its only mud, it won't hurt, it'll come off"!
So if you saw someone in rift black leathers with a clean arse (until she promptly sat on the muddy gravel under the screen to wind her mate up cause apparently i wasn't going on the back of his bike looking like that) and a very muddy jacket with a new rossi beani on and a Dennis the menis helmit that was me
