The Last Donny

Here are some of ours, not that great, but it's a new camera & we haven't really figured out everything it can do yet, and damn that concrete post.

You never heard about the huge mud-bath at the 2000 British Grand Prix then?

I reckon the mud wasn't too bad this year, though it made it a bit dodgy going up and down the banking on Sunday. And at least there wasn't the huge lake on the infield that there was a couple of years back.

Oh yeah, great pics Helix.

As for food venders, you really dont want to know
<
they just sell dirty burgers. Because there was only 1 toilet per 50,000 people i decided not to risk one.

Despite the rain it was a grand day, didn't get the result I wanted but that podium made me smile just thinking of the bookies. Monday was cool too, ate lunch across from Melandri in the Grand Prix Collection cafe. Didn't have the heart to disturb his full English & expresso through.

That's why we went on the inside - loads of toilets, multiple bars, even the food wasn't bad at some of the vans. Still bloody pricey though.

I was to the right of the spark plug approx 4 metres from the little fence almost straight behind where the stewards stand/sit. On the infield.

I was the child like person who threw her jacket to the floor and blonked herself on it till it was time to stand up (everyone else had them picnic blankets). And when it started to rain putting her jacket on everyone said - "have you seen the state of your jacket"?. To which i kept on repeating for the next 12hours "its only mud, it won't hurt, it'll come off"!

So if you saw someone in rift black leathers with a clean arse (until she promptly sat on the muddy gravel under the screen to wind her mate up cause apparently i wasn't going on the back of his bike looking like that) and a very muddy jacket with a new rossi beani on and a Dennis the menis helmit that was me

It's a shame he looks like he about to be decapitated by that wire.
<

That's the problem with sitting the stands, too much wire & concrete posts. In the past we've been lucky to be near the aisle or a the front, so we can move around for a better view. This year we were in the middle seats of the middle row, so we were stuck.
125 & 250's aren't so bad as a lot of people don't bother to take their seats for that, which I don't really understand, why pay for the seat & miss two thirds of the action?

Wow, looks very odd. Indoors no less (which makes sense) but I've never seen it like that. Where are all the factory exibition areas? In there too?
