I suppose but even you must admit, Rossi was looking over his left shoulder in a right turn. You ride a motorcycle right? You know how this works. Turn right, look right. Rossi was losing that battle and set up that maneuver with intent.

The tension between Marc and Rossi got way too high because of Rossi's comments. I think Rossi felt as though Marc was purposely sticking around to battle with him and slow up down instead of riding his own race and going for the win. Rossi lost his cool and took Marc out.
Rossi will regret that move, even without a severe penalty he should know Marc will absolutely torpedo him at Valencia.

You may be right. I also know that you are a reasonable/serious fan of the sport and that no other rider would get away with that behavior. I understand that Rossi has elevated the sport, no issue with that. Rossi has earned his status but that was absolute chickenshit. I ride, there is no way it wasn't done with purpose. Nobody looks left turning right to the outside of the corner. That's not how you ride motorcycles.
