Honestly it's outta control. Every ....... update for MotoGPs Facebook seems to be how he broke his leg 3 weeks ago. Newest one was not many people would get on a street bike let alone a MotoGP bike 3 weeks after blah blah blah. He's a ....... professional athlete for .... sake, everyone in the ....... paddock would do it. Didn't Lorenzo ride with two broken ankles? I reckon that's gotta be a shitload harder and more painful. Then you have the 'yeah but none of them did it at 38' what kind of ....... excuse is that, like age is a reason why people can't overcome pain. Jesus I watched the man who raised me go through more pain everyday just trying to live a normal life than Rossi is going to experience this ....... weekend.

It's not about hating him for coming back. It's that it's not a superhuman effort, it's that there's precedent for riders and athletes from other sports overcoming far worse but the media acting like this is the second coming of Christ and Rossi has been raised from the dead to bless us all with his mediocre results.

Are you guys saying Rossi coming back 3 weeks after breaking his leg is not heroic enough for you guys? What a tough crowd!!

Nope he is not, its to annoy the real racers and not the pacifist custard crew 1 brain cell morons who boo everyone else.

I was trying to stick to broken bones because that seems to be the only praiseworthy injury for the media these days in terms of glorious comebacks, but Ben Spies pinched a back nerve once and raced.

Ok, here is an easy one; broken ankle. (There are multiple answers for this one, so I'll add caveat, raced at his home GP.)

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

Marco Melandri When the custard rider took him out at Twin Ring. I wonder what would have happened if that had been any other rider penalty wise.

Can we please not have two threads where we just talk about Rossis leg the whole time

Also any reason the yamahas were so off pace? I didn't actually watch fp2, I know it was damp

Its obvious they've been nasty to Vinales side of the garage, can't stand the fact that the 2nd rider beats the cash cow.

I don't know if you are aware, but their star is riding injured. Maybe thats why.

That reminds me, saw Melandri crash real bad at turn 3 LS in practice. Raced on Sunday.

And this explains why vinales is running in 17th, only 2 tenths Ahead of Yamaha's number 1 rider... how?

You said it yourself, it was damp. Mav never seems to put down fast time in the wet. Also was hearing there are no other signs of rain this weekend, so some viewed today as a throw away.

Pedrosa

There you go, some may call it a spoiler ..... but hes the go for aragon!

Go Pedro
Go Dovi
Go Marqy
Go Lolo

Too much to hope for. Whilst no fan of Vale, I find it comical how much the resentment and knee jerk antipathy toward him for all intents and purposes, is both the engine and the fuel that drives 80% of the posts on this thread. Around here the glass is always half hatred, and objectivity is almost nonexistent. Reminds me of the Republicans who vowed to put a stop to anything Obama did, even before he took office. ....... mob mentality. Sure he's an ......., but Christ, the guy can ride. All the flack he's taken for coming back to ride three weeks later is so ridiculous. I'd love to see anyone on this forum come back, at age 38, three weeks after breaking their leg in two places and race at Aragon. Regardless of his motivation, whether it be to prove himself to himself, or because he has relentless, obsessive drive, or because he takes pleasure in the adoration of his fans etc. etc., it ....... takes balls to do it. Credit where credit is due.

No doubt the owner of the forum loves this ..... Without Rossi to ..... about, traffic on this site would be reduced by 90%.

Sure, all credit to him for being such a tough ....... at age 38, as I believe I actually posted.

A pretty extraordinary year given the points spread this late in the season. Whilst he's not overmuch worried, I reckon Marquez is a good deal less cocksure (as compared to years past) going into this race. Lorenzo looking good, is I expect, reason not to write off Dovi's chance for a podium here. Even before Vinales finally went out on the soft, I knew he would show major improvement in Q2. He loves this track.

Going to be a great race tomorrow.

If Dovi doesn't find something tomorrow he could take a big points loss in the championship though.

It could be if they don't throw their bikes down like they have been.
Its been a topsy turvey weekend so far and Lorenzo leaves me very puzzled, why was he in Q1 or was that just something he's taken a fancy too, so as to cause one of the lower orders not to get a chance at Q2.
