Another track whose characteristics are for me not easily recalled. Wondering what kind of tires Michelin will show up with.

Could be another wet one, like the last time when Jack got pole and every one else dived back to the pits to put the same tyres on.;)

Ducati affected by cargo plane breakdown in Kenya. Bikes will not arrive for Ducati teams until Thursday, allowing just 24 hours to get the pit boxes and bikes setup for practice.

Something to watch if you like to wager

In the spirit of fairness they should withhold the rest of the teams setting up until the same time!

What'd they fly with Spirit Airlines?

Shoot, have you seen Lord of War? I'm surprised they haven't stripped the plane of every single working part.

Nakagami fit to race after negative ..... test. Must have been a false positive.

Watched some of the FP1 session. Looks like a good track layout, I couldn’t really remember it. “Qualifying” will be an interesting exercise, rewarding consistency if not one single lap time.

Who will be on pole? I say Fabio.

Umm, obviously I had that wrong re: qualifying procedure. Good show from A. Espargaro, looks like he had it comfortably in hand. Hope he has a good race.

Well, history was made. Congratulations to Aprilia and A Espargaro on pole.

Miller had a poor Q2 session, finishing 11th, and he managed to nerf Quartararo on a hot lap. It will be interesting to see if the stewards intervene. Satellite Ducatis continue to carry the flag for Bologna. Martin and Marini will start tomorrow 2nd and 3rd. Factory riders seem lost.

Race tomorrow will be interesting. Temp is supposed to be around 30C (87F). The track is absolutely filthy off the racing line. Even during Q2, after a full day of practice and qualifying for all 3 classes, dust is flying everywhere offline.

Guys fartin' around, waiting for a tow. Pecco takes off and they slot in behind only to have Pecco brake hard on the straight...offline but still. WTF?? They need to do something about this towing BS.

Jack cruising on the racing line, Fabio pissed. Great job by Aleix and Mav. I think tomorrow may be Jorge Martin's day.

EDIT: Miller gets a 3-place grid penalty. He said he had new leathers on and was trying to get his knees and elbows in the right place.

Yes can clearly see the dust on the track. I wonder if there is often or sometimes any other Motorsport hosted there.

Pecco looked depressed. He will have tracks where he will perform. Can Ducati just hand Miller and him a couple of the 2021 bikes?

If Jack needed to do this he should have done so off the racing line, except if it was immediately on re-entry to the track.

Perhaps oddly I can remember Stoner being pilloried as a whiner for complaining about dawdling on the racing line.

Mean while in Moto3,
Darwin boy, Joel Kelso rode hard in the Moto3 Q1, to get into Q2, the little ,”blood nut” road his arse off to hold pole till the last 30 sec. Ended up in 5th middle of the second row, gunar be good to watch. :)
