Estoril, practice and qualifying.

More crappy weather but dry for the race?

I think Jorge will be very hard to beat here.

Thats what we thought about Casey at Qatar, and Jorge at Jerez. I think its a toss up. One of these two will win, but God knows which...and that's why I can't wait!
<

The key will be in how Stoner's arm holds up. Estoril is mad twisty, but with a massive straight. The worst of all conditions for someone with a forearm problem.

The new tyres will be available and I think the Honda just shows the edge to the Yamaha. Its ability to hoof off out of corners is remarkable.

Pedrosa fairly spanked Lorenzo last year, while Stoner was over seven seconds down - albeit with a back that 'completely locked up'.

I get the feeling the result this year is going to be the same. A lot has been said about the Yamaha being the equal of the Honda, but I can't see it being better. At Qatar Stoner left Lorenzo for dead. At Jerez, Lorenzo couldn't pass Stoner, despite it being 'his' track. That double-sequential gearbox is just the ....!

Pedrosa

Lorenzo

Stoner

If Stoner is 100% fit, I think he could give Jorge a run for his money.

Tweet from Ben:

Ben Spies @BenSpies11

Sunday can't get here fast enough and it's not even friday or 8 in thd morning...

Yeah with your last two rides I'd wanna get back on the horse as fast as possible too!!!

Yeah, think Pedrosa is gonna up his game this weekend.

Oh, Rossi will for the first time this season beat his team mate!

I hope Pedrosa gets this one and I hope there aren't any stupid moves by the Spaniard, He was very good last year, The man just gave me a frigging heart attack before overtaking Jorge, 22 laps staying behind Lorenzo and braking faster then him at the end of the straights made me nearly smash my head to the wall.

Hey All,, newbie here, overly opinionated, never meaning to offend, but frequently against the grain.

Here goes

1. Stoner - nothing new

2. Pedrosa - redemption time

3. Lorenzo - Thats a long straight

- 3 seconds

4. Spies - he's had enough - will beat TECH3 or take them out and fire his crew

5. Cal - Guess it's for real

6. Rossi - That long straight again a better breaker than Hayden

7. Bautista - Getting better as the year goes on, on of my faves

8. Dovi - no good reason

9. Bradl

10 Barbera

Moto2

1. Luthie - Dam fast and getting faster

2. Ionone - Overdue

3. Espargaro - Likes these bike

4. Marquesz - Will be worn out from being punched, kicked, spit on, and run off the track a few times,,lonely at the top.

Is there a reason why there was no Ducati representation in the pre-event press conference (While Repsol Honda gets two)?

I think Cal summed it up last week in the pre-event press conference.

"I've been invited, first time I haven't had to pay to be here"
<

Spies for the win. His 1st bike better be Mantequilla and his 2nd martillo or mama spies is gonna kick some yami ...!!!!

Ah yes, i figured a few well placed jokes, but i was under impression there is a specific protocol for the pre-event press conference. Perhaps a question for Kropo.

Stoner will hold his cards close to his chest during FP and QP before revealing his pace in warm up.

Rossi fastest Ducati and on 2nd row riding the GP12.69

Cal disappointing race weekend and the doubters will rip into him.

Top 3, top rookie, top CRT (Maybe Espargaro wasn't available for the PC...) from last week.

Last week it was top 3, top privateer, top CRT...

I can see a pattern....
