Dont worry according to some  hes already done it ....

Wow and the boppers need to get their stories right! Look at the acceleration of that M1 on the straights! ;) Lol.

That was pretty impressive from 24th on the grid,i knew Rossi wasn't adverse to barging riders off the track, just ask Gibernau, but i had no idea he was such a demon on the brakes.

I've won the championship 4 or 5 times over the past year.

I refuse to buy another one of those games. Those ........ who make them are a bunch of prick teasers. Bringing out a Rossi version of the game and then not in any way shape or form releasing a version that includes Uccio or better yet a game solely based around him.

Nah the Uccio version needs to be a darts one.

Later in the pits Rossi walks into Stoner’s garage, helmet still strapped to his head, to offer an apology. This exchange I won’t soon forget:

Stoner: “How’s your shoulder? Is it okay?”

Rossi: “I’m very sorry.”

Stoner: “Okay. You have some problem with your shoulder?”

Rossi: “I make a mistake”

Stoner: “Yeah. Obviously your ambition outweighed your talent.”

Rossi: “Eh?”

Stoner: “Ambition is more than the talent.”

Rossi: “I’m very sorry.”

Stoner: “No problem.”

Think that says enough about Rossi's talent :)

Serious question: Is it an unspoken rule that a rider has to take his helmet off when entering other garage to apologize? It yes then why did Rossi left his helmet on? Is it because he was so in such a hurry to apologize that he forgot to remove his helmet; or it it because he couldn’t apologize with a straight face so the helmet needed to be on, or he was worried that Stoner would punch him in the face for crashing, or is it something else?

Marquez did remove his helmet when entering Rossi garage by the way.

I somehow expect he left it on so that the cameras couldn't see the beet red face.

9> 2.

It’s ok, I didn’t really expect you to know simple arithmetic.

And 1 world title on a Ducati is an infinite multiple of 0, as are 23 race wins.

Yeah that is infinitely better than hitting him with a brick or paver. Especially when you also consider that the majority of rossis "titles" were achieved when WSBK was the premier league.

Is there a honest evaluation of Rossi's titles somewhere? Like who he was up against and how he rode a traction controlled Honda when everyone else relied on their wrist to tame the two-stroke beasts?

You mean the same two stoke he won a title on?
The same two stroke that had traction control on for everyone, since at least the mid 90s?

The 4 stroke Honda he left behind for everyone else to ride and won on the underdog Yamaha instead?

Try a little harder to be a little better.

WOW, Just WOW!

I don't think the two strokes had traction control, compared to say late 80/early 90's they had softer engines due to a mixture of big bang, ECU's and less potent fuel.

Think it was mid way through 2002 when TC came along.

When you get tired of the needless hostility and insults - put 'em on ignore. Then more of us can concentrate on what we came here for: talking racing. Really, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. ;)

Synn is actually correct, you can’t discredit 9 titles, Rossi is right up there among the greats.

Synn yet again started a fight by discrediting another world champion, which is where all this started though then complained about the responses he got. Rossi also had to win a 10th title, he doesn’t get one for services to the sport whatever Uccio and he might want, otherwise his 9 world titles actually are discredited.

Rumor has it the track's features are really similar to the ones of Red Bull ring...so my (easy) guess is Ducatis will be freaky fast here :D

It has something Austria doesn’t have, long high speed sweepers which is supposed to be the only deficit the Ducati has. After Aragon, it appears they are much better n that dept since the winter test there.
