Hey dude, have at it! Whatever works for you. I get a kick out of it. I'm not offended by any of it, it's motorcycle racing after all.

BTW, it looks like I'll be bringing Jumkie to Silverstone with me this year with any luck. We'll pick this up in June over the proper beverages.

If you two are there be prepared to meet a true bopper in my 61 year old father......a veteran fan if ever there was one.

If your wind up tactics are the same as on here it should make for a funny old time.

I plan on being there for sure. Travel to the UK is an almost weekly thing for me. We're certainly targeting a larger contingent but, lets get one thing straight!

I do not and have never shared Jumkie's lust for all things anti-Rossi. That's his alone. I'm no particular "fan" of Rossi although I certainly respect him and his accomplishments. In fact, I could comfortably be labeled a Ducati Bopper and as such, I find myself quietly hoping that Valentino comes right and has success on the Duc. In the meantime though, I'll continue to fan his flame on such anti-Rossi topics if nothing else for the entertainment value of it all. Cheers.

Good riddance....Honestly. If Jumkie has facilitated a Bopper evacuation, I doubt you'll find many who are disappointed. While I tend agree that almost EVERY post
<
made by my main man Jumkie is inflammatory, anyone who'd leave the forum as a result probably had little to offer and were unable to constructively contribute. There is only ONE disgracefully maniacally dedicated Rossi hater on here and it's Jumkie!! There are however dozens of rabid Boppers who regularly and entertainingly trade blows with him. It part of this forums charm. Most of us here have been at it a while and are familiar with each other enough to find the vitriol entertaining. Those who chose not to participate are not missed......

If I claimed that Talpa was upsetting the anti-Rossi crowd and had chased a few off, I suspect there'd be little sympathy. For every Jumkie, there's a Talpa, as a result harmony and balance is restored....

Carry on all.........

Yes , but one is intelligent, develops his ideas logically and researches his topic thoroughly, while the other is bereft of all worthwhile qualities , only having blind faith and the ability to repeat the same mantra ad nausium.

Burky! My man. Good to hear from u brotha. What a nice splash post on ur return. Thanks for the kind words. It really is looking like the cosmos are lining up fir Speez. I think he is 1-2 Stoner DNFs away from all the marbles. Man, we must catch up. As my drinking buddy Levi said, if the good Lord wills it, i may be sipping suds in the glorious ovetcast sky of her majesty's kingdom come Silverstone. Perhaps a meet up?

Levi, ur posts here on this thread are refreshing. Right on man, great perspective, i wish more peeps had it. Oh, I can assure anybody reading here that certainly u posses a healthy admiration for all GP riders; as I would direct anybody to the time u made me swear i needed to give Dani props at Indy. If Levi can respect Dani, he can respect anybody. Haha.

Yes, what Levi said, and quite explicitly, what my signature says, dont take anything written here to seriously. In the odd case that somebody does, know that i would love to sit and talk racing with u face to face as i hand u a beer.

Anyway, yes, ive got clearance for Silverstone, now i just need to save cans for the flight to NYC. Thanx to Levi, seeing a race in Europe ( if the UK can b considered Europe) this dream may b a reality. But honestly, i rather not talk about it so as not to jinx it.

Bunny, im not that intelligent, after all, i argue with Talps. What does that say about me?

Go Rossi!

Go Rossi!

You,ve got ahead of youself, I may have been talking about Talpa.

.........................kidding.

Jumkie does the exactly the same.

Nearly every post he comes off with is I hate Rossi related.

He has driven a lot of posters off this site and only a few of his pals remain or Australians.

If you mention you're a Rossi fan the bulling begins.

Why so much hate?

Context is all. He is engaging in payback, perhaps excessively and probably prematurely, but in response to much more voluminous and less humorously intended vitriol directed against both hayden and stoner in years gone by for having the effrontery to best valentino to a world championship, singular(thus far) though both triumphs may have been.

...........

Go Rossi!

I predict consistency will be the key this year. Will Casey be consistent? How many times will he crash? Will Jorge be consistent? It's hard to say, but I suspect a ..... in his emotional armour.

Put it this way...... if Ben wins a GP early in the season, will he be elated and emotional, or will it just be the next part of the job done?

If he wins more, will he end up putting on silly costumes and planting flags in gravel traps with his 'mates'!

What is sportsmanship?

I saw this yesterday, take a look! Michael Walchhofer versus Didier Cuche for the mens downhill skiing World Title. Watch the two great men's reactions after Cuche crosses the line. Total and utter sporting respect, I really like to see that.

Of course, mind games always play some part in sport, big or small. I'm a bit bored with it in Moto GP, and as a total motorsport enthusiast I put to you that Formula 1 has kicked Moto GP's arse for entertainment these past 2 years! Incredible!!! This year, let the ..... fest whine into insignificance, and let the slug fest begin!!!!!

Go Spies!!!!

Jumkie, Silverstone? I only live down the road. Have you made arrangements for accomodation etc? I can help, it would be superb to see you. Is anyone else coming? Bring Chuy!!!!!!

9 times world champ at different teams, classes, era's.....if this isnt worthy of a little "mania" then i guess nothing in any sport is!

Unless you win one title on a bike that may aswell be in another engine class....or you win one title by defining the word mediocre, then you get true hero worship and warrior status.

OK, put it this way....... I don't understand mania!!!!!

Respect, of course. I respect Valentino, because I cannot do what he does. I showed him respect when I met him.

Valentino cannot do what I do, and he showed me respect when he met me!!!!!!!

As I said in my post Rob, I feel Valentino has been the champion of mind games in his era, but not the goat! If Vale had done what he did to Sete to......let's say...... Barry Sheene, do you think our Bazzer would have stood on the podium holding his shoulder, or do you think Vale might already have hand marks on his throat!!!!! You can bet your life the 'favour' would have been returned!

My youngest has Star Wars Lego mania...... he'll grow out of it!!!! It's just clever marketing!

Jumkie's mates are very much still alive, he is simply more patient than most!!!

Jumkie doesn't hate Rossi, he hates those who hate those who don't love Rossi!!!!

Why isn't the world my pony!

Yes but how about hating those, who hate those, who love those....who hate hayden?.........er.

Now my brain has melted. Can we stop talking bollocks until the first race is done with?

lol lol .... i think I've met my match!!!!

I can't get my head around that at all. Let me get some paper and do some calculations and drawings. I'll get back to you Rob!

I've nothing to hide. I dislike Rossi and Hayden and hope they fail miserably this year. I don't see anything wrong with that...... it's part of racing. It's not like I wish injury or death upon them, sheesh.

Look at Rossi. All he simply have to do is sign his freakin' name on a stupid piece of paper and put it up for auction to help out charities yet he hardly does anything worth mentioning other then putting a stupid sticker on his rally car. Japan could really use some help right about now, don't you guys think? A man with his stature should be doing more to help those less fortunate, instead the guy goes around avoiding taxes. Seriously, who does he think he is? There are people scraping by working ...... jobs at minimum wage yet they pay their taxes.... and this ..... makes millions upon millions and refuse to do his part.

And as for Nicky "The Kentucky Squid"........ well I'm sure you know where I stand as far as this guy is concern.

Ok Rob, it took a while but I think I have it!!!!!

Is it the same as those, who love those, who hate those who hate those who love those that love their own genitalia, because they know that they know that they are the only ones........ like SS!!!!!!

Schumacher stroked a 25,000,000 dollar -personal check after the tsunami in 2004. Gained a bunch of respect for him that day, after pulling against him when he drove.

I'll bite (again).

It is precisely because winning 1 world championship is such an achievement that 7 such championships is so remarkable, and winning a single world championship against a guy capable of winning 7 logically would seem to me to enhance rather than diminish the value of such a championship.

As for winning a championship on a bike in another engine class, I believe there was a literal rather than figurative example of this in motogp not too long ago, in 2002 as I recall.

Jumkie has escalated things because it amuses him to do so, but any hatred for rossi , which in the past often has consisted in no more than those not of the rossi persuasion pointing out that rossi is "guilty" of the same things as his rivals (see example previous paragraph), has been hugely exceeded by genuine hatred towards his rivals and stoner in particular, including pages of exultation that rossi had "broken" stoner when he had his health issues in 2009, and very different standards applied to stoner's scaphoid injury than apparently should apply to rossi's shoulder injury.
