McCoy is signed with FB Corse. FB Corse have said that they'll be running a full season. But they won't be allowed to compete until they've proven their competitiveness to IRTA and Dorna by taking to an official MotoGP track and lapped within 3 seconds of race pace. So far, they have failed to do so.

I don't think it's going to happen. Interesting project, but it's being run by a team with a history of dubious business practices ("hijacked" trucks anyone?)

mmmm so the bike prob isnt even running yet...well running well enough to be competitive I mean

Well good luck to them i say, even if they are a bunch of crooks (allegedly)., Cant be any worse than Lois de'antin

One thing i think we all agree on is motogp needs more teams on the grid
<
Be good to see McCoy back, i still have my fingers crossed that mcWilliams could make a return one day but Im not so sure either will be that competitive in this modern era though

McCoy was due to test on Monday and Tuesday, and do a timed test today (Wednesday) at which point Franco Uncini (as representative of IRTA/Dorna) will judge whether they will be allowed to race.
