nice reply curve. seriously. couldn't agree more. congrats to vale though.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Not what I expected. But then again it was hardly realistic to expect another Laguna.
Well done to Vale, who can hardly be blamed for producing a boring race, if boring it was. What'd you expect him to do? Hang back and wait for the others to catch up for your entertainment??? It was nice to see him back in winning form at the track where he won his first GP.
I was gutted for Casey when he fell. I don't know it was pressure from Rossi, the softer tyre or just sheer bad luck, and I don't even really much care. I'd have liked to see a duel at the end and given that Casey was running a softer tyre I think it's quite realistic to think it might have been possible that Vale would have closed off the distance before the end of the race.
I was pleased for Marco, surprised (to say the least) by West....and perplexed by Nakano. It was also great to see that old dog Loris back on the podium...seems his renewal for next year is pretty much in the bag, and he can still teach those young puppies a trick or two.
Indeed....Toni always pulls his finger out when it's contract renewing time.
AND it seems seeing Toni flash by finally lit a fire under the seat of Melandri's pants. To see his ex-team mate climb through the field on a satellite bike must have given him a 'now or never' kick up the backside. Not stellar...but 7th's a good result compared to what we've had all season.
ROFL!!!
I'm sure you mean 'malocchio'...
Yes. Livio Suppo confirmed this too in his post race interview.
Melandri was interviewed post-race. He said his options for next year are Kawa or back to Gresini it seems.
They got rid of D'Antin and put Suppo on the job.
Since you are obviously not well informed...it is a Bridgestone policy that all their riders know what everyone else is using. Stoner was just as well aware of Rossi's tyre choice as Rossi was of Stoner's.
It's people like you who make non-Rossi fans hate the guy. How embarrassing. You're just lucky it's late on a Sunday night and I'm too tired to get my 'newbie shredding claws' out....but consider yourself warned.
another good reply. nice to see some level headed posting.
and go kawi!!!!!! woohoo!!!!!!!!!!
