He's been offered a slot on the Aspar squad. I don't see how he could turn that down, he could certainly have a shot at winning the title in 08.

Please..... please take it. Don't ask too many questions, just take the bike and ride off with it before they can change their minds! Is this a 125's aprilia or 250's that they're talking about?

Just take it! Honda are losing interest in the smaller classes and Aspar are definitely the best team!

Puig is probably going to take the 250cc and 125cc Repsol teams (where Bradley is) to KTM next year (or 2009), plus having Dorna backing, he's gonna have a good bike anyways next year.

Take it Bradders, it's a FAR better bike than the Honda overall.

He could get a fin wins on that bike...isn't it the same team that Bautista won the title in?

It's a 125......
Bradley Smith has been offered a factory Aprilia ride in the 2008 125cc world championship.

Not sure if the article mentions it or not (I can't get the page to load at the moment), but I assume he's being offered the 3rd bike in the team. [Talmacsi is the 3rd rider in the Aspar team--even though he's leading the championship--and next year he'll be too old for the 125s.] That would definitely be a step up from his current Honda, but not so big a difference to a KTM, should Repsol switch to them in 2008.

I think he would stay with Repsol if the KTM switch were to happen, but if it doesn't then I guess it will come down to his loyalty to Puig.

I would love Bradley to take that ride. Whilst he's been quick this year, being on possibly the best bike on the 125cc grid would really give him a great shot at the title in his third year at World Championship level.

Yeah the Aspar team is probably the best team in 125cc, they won last year with Bautista and they will win this year (with either Talmacsi or Faubel). So he will definately have a good bike.

But considering the massive progress KTM has shown in the last few races, I'm not sure what would be the best option.

Definately not Honda.
