Morbidelli briefly held the fastest time during the flurry of fast times at the end of practice. Binder saved it until the last possible minute, and victimized Acosta in the process. Brad is lucky nothing went wrong. Ducatis dominating as predicted, but the GP23's are holding their own in Austria. Both factory Aprilias snuck into Q2. Pecco looks untouchable, but we'll see what happens in qualifying.

Acosta now has as many crashes this season as Marquez.

I bet the Marquez haters won't like that.

That crash he had heading down into Turn 4 was frightening. To go down at 300kph that close to the barriers is a little close for comfort.

I know Binder made it into Q2, but the KTM is looking worse by the race weekend.

Maybe I owe an apology to Jack Miller since the bike appears to have issues.

And P. Espargaro showing he shouldn't of been dropped :) got'a luv the underdog

Prediction: Miller gets a good start getting into 4th behind Martin/Bagnaia/M Marquez, becomes a road block letting those 3 get away. Either Martin or Bagnaia has an unexplained crash gifting MM yet another second but again not a win. Acosta falls off trying to make up ground from a S*** qualifying. Quartararo wins the Japanese cup. Marini finishes the race but gets zero points.
