2017 Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana

Everybody is tweeting the riders to pull over for the Italian...

Dorna have canceled the press conferences over the firestorm talk of team orders have created...

Paddock under strict gag orders not to talk about team orders...

Race direction has warned riders to race clean...

Year end Ducati & Honda parties have been canceled...

Honda have promised to reveal telemetry that proves Pedrosa's 5th at Sepang was not team orders...

The Italian media have been rioting at Marquez's training camp...

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

Edit to add: a petition has been started demanding to drop the customary qualifying format and allow the Italian to start from pole position. The reason given is to rectify the obvious conspiracy of Phillip Island and Sepang. So far it's reached three-quarters of a million signatures...

Dorna have instructed their camera crew to compile footage for a "lap of honor" of the Italian... (for the Italian that returned after a Lazarethian near death comeback of Biblical proportions to compete in the Season Finale.)

Extra security have been posted in front of Marquez's garage to protect him from possible violence of the Italian's fan club members angry with the situation.

A new rule has been instituted effective immediately, warning riders not to say anything negative that would bring the championship into disrepute...

I don’t recall the details, what was this about?

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

Some fans started a GoFundMe to raise money that they then were going to pay to any rider who would take out Lorenzo so Rossi could become world champion IIRC.

Only needs P11 to win sir;).

Did you guys skip math at High School? MM is 21 points ahead (282 vs 261); if Dovi doesn't win, MM wins by a point even with a DNF: 21 > 20:p. I'm not a betting man, but the odds of Dovi pulling that crap are astronomically small IMO. And if it happens, guess it was meant to be.

Yes I forgot the point difference.

Has anyone got a list of positions at the end?
My choice is;
1st Dani
2nd Zarco
3rd anyone but Rossi.

If a dry race MM is world champ again, Dovi comes in 6th

Can anyone translate what Marquez said when asked about the flags? He ended up replying in Spanish - about 50mins into the conference

This thread is deader then Kevin Spacey' career. How many weeks til the race starts?

1. Double D. Desmo Dovi

2. Mav

3. Rossi

That's gonna make it harder for Dovi tomorrow. Coming from ninth in Valencia isn't going to be easy.

Neither is coming from pole with Iannone and Zarco directly behind you.

If I was MM I'd let them past then settle in and just wait, they'll more than likely take each other out, but I'd like Zarco to win after all he's won the last 2 years in moto2. I like Iannone, but he still holds a gun to his head and loves a bit of russian roulette.

The next bike on the grid is JLo. I would imagine he will try hard to get in front of Marc also. Marc is going to have a lot to think about during this race.

Who is directly behind JLo?

I haven't watched qualifying yet

Bad for Dovi, he's just behind the biggest crasher in motogp, plus of course Rossi won't help, he's only in it for himself. No we need Pedro to do a 2006 overtake that goes .... and wipes JLo out :( before he can do the same to MM :(

I see that MotoGP NR2 is missing from the videos yet Moto2 is there.
Has there been an upset?
