Spies particularly if lorenzo left yamaha and edwards went back to the factory team. Melandri some chance but less likely mainly because I don't see him getting a genuine close to factory spec bike.

Right because your predictions are always so accurate

Well Gresini better get their .... together then because it seems they have forgot Marco's crying (literally) when things didn't go his way. Though, I'll admit, he's been humbled at Ducati a bit. But it only takes a few brilliant moments to think your entitled to the world.

Yeah, I wonder if he wants to make any more guarantees that he won't honor? Speaks volumes about him, and those who softball support.

FairyMahines, you still feel like backing Pinks up? Spies is on a tear shattering records that even his diehard fans, detractors, or anybody else would not have predicted; but it doesn’t matter because he’s “another overrate ‘American’”; breathtaking analysis. According to you, you judge the guy on a post-by-post basis? Why would you lend an ear to a guy who spouts .... and in some rare occasion stubbles on a point that you happen to agree with and give him props? In an ocean of ...., why judge the guy on that one moment where you might agree with his rubbish but turn a blind eye to his overwhelming dribble? Unsolicited advice: Credibility is in short supply around here; we are often hung by our own words, don’t .... it up more on what should be an easy call by aligning yourself with a bottom dweller that even cockroaches find repugnant.

Pinks, I await another demented PM.

OOOOOOHHHHHH, you've done it now Pinky. I can't wait to see Curvey's response to this!

none on an 800. well not in the dry anyway

Remember when krjr nearly won on dads bike... arr the good ol 990 days

its got more to do with the single tire rule and the now limited tire choice.

only the best riders will win, there are now no more suprise winners because 2nd tier riders cant pick out a different tire to everyone else that JUST works. so much for closer racing

Personally I think everyone is expecting too much of Spies. I dont think he'll do anything major on a Gp bike during his first season. If he gets a factory bike, that will take him at least another year I reckon, before he shows any consistant results.
Id like to take this oppertunity to remind the american forum members, this is just my opinion.

And I'm certainly not taking Pinkys side.

How is Kallio a failure? It's his first season and he's riding the most difficult bike on the grid. We know he's fast, give the man some time before you pass your judgement. Not that I think your opinion has any weight anyway, it's just that ignorance annoys me.

As far as I'm concerned they're all motorcycle riding gods on that grid.

You're responding to the forum troll/....., you're supposed to ignore their asinine comments. When you see Pink, nothing of value is added, so pass by it and go to the next post.

Sry, I couldn't help myself, I'm a Finnish MotoGP fan and that kind of completely unfounded trash talk about Kallio gets to me.

Sprog, this is exactly what i though as so did just about everybody about Spies in WSBK. I was proven wrong. I wont make same mistake. I'll not prejudge him. The only thing that sux is that Dorna again has 'fixed' the series for top talent to suffer in satelite hell. If anything, this would make his potential a moot point.

Welcome to the forum. Btw, ur last statement goes a long way in being counted among the sane members around here, regardless of who u root for, afterall, we r all a bit if fanboys anyway. Look forward in reading ur opinions.

Tell you what, I can't wait to find out! Spies has had all the worlds eye since his debut in SBK. No one who is who would have said Spies would have a season like he is having. Most people said exactly what you said about his coming to WSBK. SO you really have to base an opinion on what is fact and past results. I think they speak for themselves.
