<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Arrab said i may get some good pics if i walked up to Schwantz corner, there i could get a good view of mcleans. I walked up there and there was a wire fence in the way. I managed to bend the wire enough to get my camera lens through and pointed toward mcleans. Me and a few others were all set up when a marshal asked us to move, the ......s wanted to park there van by the fence, not that it was in anybody way were they had it parked before. Several people were moaning and shouting abuse at the marshal for this as there was no real need for it.
after they had parked there van i went back to the fence where i had bent the wires
. some old geezer was there and told me it was his spot as HE had bent the wire. I called him a lieing ....... and showed him where else i had bent it. he refused to agree until i said, "go on then show me you bend it",
the weakling couldn't and moved out of my way. being a nice bloke i forgave him and bent a bit out of the way for him so we could both get our shots.
Now im all lined up waiting for the bikes, i can hear them coming through the old hairpin and up to starkys. this italian bloke started moaning at me in italian, i could not understand him and didnt really give a .... as the bikes were seconds away from my aim. i took some pics
then realised i was using his 4 ft daughter as a tripod
i had lent my arm on top of her head to steady my aim without realising . He wasn't to impressed but the little girl and mum smiled at me after. i thought i better get out the way now so moved over to schwants for some pics only for a lad to tell me his mate was standing there. i said "so ....... what and growled at him". Dangerous stuff getting these photo's for you lot
Excellent. Serves the Italian kid right, come on, anything for a shot of the bikes.
