Just wait till Rossi retires and starts pulling strings on the VR46 Academy riders. They will have to expand the field to Moto2 proportions to accommodate. Like i have said before, i dont care where the riders are from as long as they belong. The top 4 Spanish riders belong without question, you can make a good case for the other 3. With that being said I personally believe Nicky or J Rea could do every bit as well if not better than either Espargaro on their current machine.7 of top 8 riders in MotoGP standings are Spanish. Dorna Mission Accomplished.
. In the perfect world he would have both Casey and Jorge riding, but since that is never happening, he has to look for something else.
Although not happening, it is an interesting concept.
Who would be #1?
There wouldn't be any number 1 in that scenario.
Both riders wouldn't demand it as Casey isn't that insecure to NEED it written into his contract unlike the 9-times world champion. Jorge is also quite confident in his abilities, and has always had very complimentary things to say about Casey. I think that would have been a fantastic teammate pairing.
It's ironic that Tech 3 was giving an ultimatum to Pol in the beginning of the season and basically lost him.
Aleix was pretty outspoken with his disappointment with Suzuki at the press conference. I hope he ends up with something good.
I think Alex Espargaro has earned to stay in GP. Pole Espargaro, I'm not convinced. How Pole gets so much play is beyond me. Then again Cal Crashtoll gets a seat every year, despite him quiting on contracts and destroying bikes like he has stock in junkyards.

They'll be replaced by Spaniards. (Well, one Frenchy, but that's like Spanish Lite).Nah, both of them need to go.
We need less Spanish riders on the grid.

Fewer. Given that Marquez, Pedrosa and the Espargaro brothers are Catalan, you could make a case for them being less Spanish.
