Great qualifying by everyone at the front. Very exciting. How about Zarco, again? And JLo coming through? Oh, would that be great if he figures out the Duc. The start to this race could be mostly nuts.

Awesome qualifying session. Just as exciting and dramatic as any race we have had this season. Going to be an interesting race between Marquez and Vinaeles. With their speed coming on different sectors of the course the start is going to be crucial.

In the post interview Rossi looked like he was about to make a .... of himself over the incident with Vinaeles but to his credit once Vinaeles went and spoke to him and explained what had happened he seemed to apologise. Lornezo in the top 6 is great hopefully this is the start of him getting on with the Duc better.

Rossi doing a pb for 3rd , not sure how that's helpful to Marquez?
Bit of a mix up between the Yamaha teammates, doesn't look like they're too concerned.

Right, they expected Rossi to notice Marquez was behind him and abort his 3rd place earning run so he wouldn't "help" Marquez.

If Rossi was behind Marquez, their complaint would be "Why is Rossi trying to get a tow from Marquez??"

You two Rossi fans don't have much of a sense of humor, do you?

Been here more than long enough to know Jumkie and JPS aren't comedians... they're delusional.

edit: Come to think of it... you're right! It's best to laugh at them.

If I were Marquez, I would follow Vinales till they cleared off from the field, then start trying to force him into a mistake. No need to push balls out and try to clear off. He needs to get Vinales in a battle.

I was going to say the opposite. :D I'm hoping for Vinales to tuck in behind Marquez and keep pressure on him until he makes a mistake or at least learn where he's weakest and attack at the right spot in the final stages of the race.

Marquez probably will push hard at the start again and it'll likely be a mistake.

Rossi is such a strong racer and his starts are so good that he could really make a difference, tomorrow. . If Lorenzo has made it over the hump, he too could be a factor with the long straights. Remember, that he has shown his skill at this track before, so it is possible.

I like your thinking, but that is asking a lot from him. He was able to be more methodical last season, but he wasn't down to MV by two full races.

Did anyone see MM's look as the camera was following MV around? "WTF? I am the champion, and the pole sitter." SOB. Now that's just the sangria shanks."
