If we are to be frank in assessing each other's character, I actually accept that your humour isn't mostly maliciously intended, and is occasionally even actually funny. What I fail to detect is any semblance of a sense of humour about yourself, or any insight that richly though I may deserve to be called on my pomposity and arrogance, you are not necessarily in the best position to take me to task for those faults yourself.

I left it open for you to "win" btw, leaving you the opportunity not to reply to my previous post. I somehow figured the chance of you refraining from doing so was not large.

Chill Brother. I'm feeling the love; always know who my Bros. are. There just ain't no percentage in fanning the flames. Qatar is almost here. Gonna miss it. Just got back from motorcycle trip all over mountains between Hanoi and just short of Chinese border and feeling mellow. Will be on a boat around islands near Halong Bay with no wireless so will have to watch first race on replay. Can't wait.

You actually did have some cause for offense, not because I intended to imply you were an ..... in the post which so offended your dignity (if the cap fits feel free to wear it though), but because despite still mostly being able to do the gifted visual memory thing even in my dotage I totally forgot I had previously addressed the post concerned to you, perhaps because I had subconsciously dismissed you as such a lightweight.
