As it happens I have a university degree in a scientific discipline, being Australian from the University of Sydney rather than Oxford.
I did as it also happens visit my niece who is at Oxford (Christchurch actually) doing a post doc last year; amazing place.

This is possibly The Worst post on the subject I've read.
So then, according to your scientific analysis, had Honda not been gaged to release the "data" which according to their 'testimony' indicated Rossi had 'kicked' Marquez's brake lever, you would have believed it? Because....it would have been irrefutable scientific reasoning?

I like the bit about being based on his and his best mates testimony.
Yeah,the common denominator in all the childish 'I'm not speaking to you' behaviour here does appear to be Rossi,if i was Lorenzo or Marquez i'd front him up in front of the cameras at the next press conference and show the world what a big kid he is,he may be the oldest but he sure doesn't act like it,regardless of how Lorenzo goes on the duc next year i bet he can't wait to get out of that team.
Yes it would rather shorten the legal process and lead to widespread unemployment in the legal fraternity if civil actions were considered proven on that basis.
By almost precise analogy, if MM thinks VR deliberately took him out at the Argentinian race last year and Alzamora agrees then that must also be true. That they didn't go public with a suspicion they couldn't prove at the Thursday press conference for the next race is rather the point.

To be even more fair, Marquez has not done anything wrong except have the nerve to race Rossi. He didnt blame anyone publically for Argentina or Assen and has not been drawn into Rossi's antics since the Sepang incident. This whole thing is on Rossi and his childish vendetta for choking up the title.
Yeah,and still he offered Rossi his hand even after he kicked him off his bike,[that'll get them going again!]

Good point, I'd love MM to go up to him in front of all the press and offer his hand. Of course when he walked out like a whiny ..... the press and fans would still make excuses for him.

Rossi talked with the data in his hands and invited everyone to look at it.
Honda never released any data, because no data can prove something that does not happen in the videos in the first place. They were talking bollocks.
So what's your background? Former Stoner fan? Spaniard? Didn't you guys get over it with Rossi's failure at Ducati? The hate...

This is exactly what i would like to see,put him right on the spot in front of the worlds media so everyone can see what the guy is really like, instead of the constant worship from the bandwagon jumping yellow hordes,i actually used to quite like the guy before the events at the end of last season, and have followed his career from his 125 days and acknowledge his talent, however i have had my eyes opened to all the ........ and snide behaviour that surrounds him and the .... that only he can get away with because of his massive support and the money that brings in,if it is true that Marquez has offered him his hand and been rebuffed then Rossi needs to grow the .... up.

It makes a lot of sense. MM robs him of a world title, then goes and offers him his hand... of course! Why wouldn't Rossi be in conciliatory mood right? What difference does it make one more championship when you already have nine? Seriously guys, did you have an overdose of Disney crap when you were kids or what?
Neither Rossi nor ANYBODY IN THIS WORLD would ever forgive something like that, it's impossible. IMPOSSIBLE. Rossi KNOWS what Marquez did, Yamaha KNOW what Marquez did, Dorna KNOWS what Marquez did. EVERY ONE IN THE F PADDOCK KNOWS what Marquez did. Everyone. Marquez has no choice but to keep lying now, he has to go all the way with all that ........ for the rest of his career. It works with some people, so it's worth to keep trying to save face. It is as simple as that.

Sorry but can't remember anyone in Laguna 2008 involved in race fixing, i.e. riding slower than his potential, against his and his team's interests, purely to impede another rider? Did that ever happen in Rossi vs Biaggi/Sete/Stoner? Please educate me.
Ending the feud is up to the aggrieved party, which could only happen after a public admission of guilt from MM.
