<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>For all of those who thought the season ended in a bore: Have any of you ever given a thought about actually watching the 250 and 125 races?
Brilliant stuff from Kallio (at least, up until that last lap before he crashed out) and Bautista, I thought Bautista made a great pass on Simon on the start/finish straight. Outstanding race from my boy, Takahashi, as well; he made it clear that he's not going to be there simply to be the token Japanese rider, but that he deserves that ride in MotoGP. Fifth in the championship on a bike that hasn't been changed in 4 years and behind 4 riders on the 4 most competitive bikes who were contenders for the championship title.
Sure MotoGP has the best riders in the world on the best bikes in the world, but the lower classes are always entertaining and unpredictable, traits that are essential for a great racing series.
Agreed. Except that pass by Bautista on Simon, were you being sarcastic? Kallio gave 100% for the whole race but the bike just couldn't keep up with an onform Gileria/Simoncelli. Once Debon crashed out and he knew he had 3rd in the championship it was win it or bin it time.
If you don't watch the 125s and 250s you must live a horrible and unfulfilled life indeed.
