Motogp GB silverstone Rnd-5..SPOILERS

Pedrosa walked into the med center with just a little help at the elbow. He's a gritty little ......; should be back tomorrow.
<

Even if he is back, he wont be much of a threat. If the injury was bad enough to be stretchered out, he is going to be a hurting puppy tomorrow..

.... it sucks badly, if Pedrosa cant continue this race or if he is not at his 100%.

By reading Stoner's interview, it's possible that we will have a few crashes during the race as well. the bumpy track will make the race a bit as a lottery.

I hope it doesn't rain for tomorrow.

wow man, incredible.. just looked at the lap analysis on motogp.com for QP, its just amazing to see how consistent lorenzo is when compared to other riders' one fast lap out of nowhere.. of course we've seen it before, but looks like his to lose..

Dovi

Barbera

Spies

Simoncelli

Depuniet

Pedrosa

Did I miss anyone. These are the riders who have been down today in practice and qualifying. They are saying the track is bumpy, but the general consensus is the riders like it.

man, dePuniet has been on fire lately. it would be awesome if he could get his first win tomorrow but i don't know if anyone can stop Lorenzo. such a beast.

Anyone know how long it's been since the racing surface was completed? I ask because you could definitely see

how bumpy it was in some parts; In a couple of turns Depuniet looked he was riding a bike made from Jello.

The tarmac was declared `dry` on Wednesday evening mate, cutting it fine I thought?

looks like jorge is on form.... gonna be tough for everybody else. i would seriously love to see depuniet get a podium tommorro!

Me too bud,as long as he keeps drifting out that rear tyre.
<

Between the way he was drifting the rear and wrasslin' the bike over crazy bumps - he

reminded me of Stoner his first season on the Ducati. Real fire in the belly this afternoon.

Just few a years ago everyone was saying what a loser he was. What a turnaround.

Pedrosa confirmed he had nasty bruising to both knees and his RC212V machine was severely damaged in the accident as it ran on and slammed nose first into a trackside barrier at high speed.

The chassis was so badly damaged that marshals had to move the bike on its back wheel.

Pedrosa, who ended third with a best time of 2.03.586, said: “I was on my last lap and I braked but when I went into the left I hit some bumps and the front moved a lot. I just had a little slide but I let go of the bike.

"I’m not sure what happened but the bike obviously hit me on both knees. At that moment it hurt but later the pain was going away and I’m going to be okay.”

DePuniet stole the show in qualifying. He was spectacularly loose all over the circuit, and he was the first person to start pushing so he got plenty of camera time for his sponsors and team.

Lorenzo must be the man to beat. He is healthy, and Forcada has apparently engineered his bike to be a half second faster than any of the Hondas through the final two sectors. If Lorenzo can manage decent form on full fuel, I think he will win easily. If Pedrosa starts to run away at the beginning, Lorenzo might be impatient and make a mistake early in the race.

BTW, I'm predicting that only 12 bikes cross the finish line.

That was a pretty spectacular crash of Pedrosa's bike into the barricade. I would put money on that engine being gone.
