The only thing that matters is his intentional actions caused another rider to go down.

He was accused of tax evasion due to an act of his manager
Rossi did (or was reported) to have paid back a large sum (by mine and your standards) to the fax commissioner or whatever they are called to clear the matter (a penalty was negotiated)

No, the Italian government accused him of tax evasion and he paid a penalty of 35 million euro. He was lucky to have gotten off that easy as they initially were asking for 3 times that much

Always seem to be knowing, joking, deleting or editing after the fact. Quite convenient, but no one believes you. You've demonstrated your new/ignorant to GP and it's history. It's quite simple really, before you make statements or claims make sure you've done your research. This is a forum with seasoned vets.

I doubt it. You come across as someone who is relatively new to the sport from your lack of historical recall. Im guessing you google searched it and promptly crayfished.

Apparently JLo tried to do a 3 run sequence and only 1 set of tyres, the second ones, caused him any issues..

The downward spiral began at Aragon when he was beaten for 3rd by Pedrosa on the last lap. He was furious and confronted Pedrosa wanting to know why he raced him so hard. He was in full blown panic mode after PI because he had done the math and realized unless Lorenzo and Marquez had a problem in the last 2 races, he was going to lose the title since he did not have the pace to match either on those tracks. The Sepang presser and race was the conclusion of a month long meltdown.

So Povol, where is the evidence of this supposed confrontation with Dani, other than a hack Spanish pager name El Pais "reporting" it? I can't find anywhere that Dani himself confirms this event took place.

He tongue lashed Iannone too.

If you go back to look at the vid of the press conf, VR's face has a mist of sweat. His skin appears cold and clammy. I recognized it as sleep deprivation. He later confirmed he was having trouble sleeping.
