Did you hear how injured Cal is? His hands and arms are a mess, he did so damn well to get that result and he said himself he'll be lucky to get a podium tomorrow. From what I saw, he's not making excuses, no way.

yes, of course.

he doesn't leave any chance unused to let everybody know how effin tough he is and how big the mountain is he has to climb each time. can't decide whether that or reddings constant whining about his fat thighs (jeezus, what a bunch of girls) is worse.

really, i can't take it anymore. i'll post a clip of his post quali interview with the hoff (its in english, no dubs ) as soon as i've figured out how i can get that from my receiver onto my pc to show you exactly what i mean.

having one of the few bikes capable of a podium he of course needs to talk his chances down so that everybody can tap his shoulder and say well done when in actuality he does what you can reasonably expect of him.

btw i'm not taking the piss out of him (yet) , but he seriously needs to stop his ....... whining, he's worse than stoner/webber in their heyday and is just starting to show the results.

cal's had a few moments, but other than that there is no reason for me to believe he's better than karel abraham (remember him?)

Id smash my own collarbone with a hammer for some of that treatment.  :clap3:

that just shows dani's inability to control\abort a highside. must rely on tc too much.....

On a more serious note, THE WAY he falls off once again shows Dani's inability to prevent from landing in the most dangerous/awkward/wrong way possible.

To me it's quite clear that whenever he's about to sufer a fall he enters panic mode (it's so clearly in his body language) so his brain can't take quick decisions like bouncing this way or rolling that way to protect a critical zone of the body. He just frozens in shock just starring at the possible landing spot waiting for it to happen (no, no, no, NO... Bang!, haha ), doing nothing to amortize the damage.

Again, it has to do with his mind. He's quite clearly a very nervous guy. He seems to find it dificult to keep a little calm and concentration in pressure situations (having an accident is one of those situations).

Another note

I didn't stop laughing since Assen when most of the motogp world (incl. Arrabbiata1 and Jumkie) believed Pedrosa to be now (even after JLo came to finnish 5th) the hot favourite for the title, ignoring Marc Marquez (now this is a genius, Kropo was/is absolutely right) and the fact that he was the fastest Honda guy at every race this year (except maybe Jerez but he was traped behind JLo while DP escaped away, and I'm  not including the Lemans wet race) and also ignoring the fact that Pedrosa is only leading the standings due to circumstance, not pace (MM DNF and JL collarbone).

Today's (Dani) crash didn't change anything: the fact remains that the Hondas are suffering with bridgestone tyre issues (yes again!, oh what a surprise, the bike's not as great as many want us to believe) and the small stature Dani is having the most problems (no surprise here, again), only Marc is able to make them work better.

And yes the other mistake is underestimating how good that Yamaha is and on the hands on someone like Lorenzo he still has a great chance of winning it again, even missing this race (who wants to bet he will race at Laguna REGARDLESS of Dani's Sach result...) because he still has a decent lead over MM (his true rival) and AGAIN, with the better package...

Jorge Lorenzo on that Honda wouldn't lose a race.

I have serious doubts he would be able ride it to even challenge Pedrosa...

Just because the bike has a fancy 0.1sec. gearbox and a HRC sticker doesn't mean it's the bike to have.

Dear Mister Crutchlow. I take back what I said about u talking .... that injured riders should not compete. Pedro should sit this one out.

Will Dani be labelled a ..... ..... if he doesn't ride tomorrow?

What do you think? And knowing Pedro there's a big chance he won't ride. Will he pass that med. test?? His body seems to lack any strength even when fit...

Oh and that crash, it seemed to me he did nothing wrong whatsoever, he was even carrying very low speed being extra cautious (with the previous rain drops) and still the rear stepped out just like that. Did someone pour a can of oil just before DP arrived at the corner? Life must suck for Dani Pedrosa. He must be feeling "what's the point? no matter what I do I'm not allowed to win the motogp championship?".

I don't like JLo much and I'm a Honda guy so I hope Marquez goes all out and wins this title. GO MARQUEZ!!!!!

Lets just hope for a good race, I think Dani will be judged due to the fact JLo raced last time out but I personally think Dani like Jorge this weekend will be wise to just recover for Laguna.

The possibility of Marquez leading the championship is enough to make me puke, but the injuries to Dani and Jorge could make an amazing championship race, especially if Rossi takes another victory.

Your bitching about someone whining??

Pot/ kettle

Will Dani be labelled a ..... ..... if he doesn't ride tomorrow?
Not by me nor Cal.

Lyra, its a ...... track, too many injured riders. They should go to Indy where its safe. (Somebody will get the joke).

Clit, I've been giving Cal a bit of .... for his mouth, but come on, I like Karl, he aint better than Cal. Scott whining? Uhm seriously I missed that.

Go Marcky.

you gotta be ....... kidding me madmex, everyone that has watched a mere 5 seconds of moto2 will have heard at least 10 complaints that everyone is lighter than him, he's too tall for the bike etc.

maybe you should think a bit of the parity of the machines?  in what universe cal performed better than karl in their rookie seasons is unknown to me.

except of course you want to ignore the lessons learned in........ i'm starting to sound like you already.

concerning all the crashes, its high time dorna changed the rules a bit. rules have been set in stone for almost 7 months now IIRC, somethings fishy here

I have tried to post about riders coming back too quickly, including references to 1993 articles on Rainey's accident, twice but it wont let me post. So if I just say Casey is a .... will that work? If so I will go back to the points I was trying to make

Clit agree about rookie season. Im talking now numbnuts. Cal has improved. Karl has been ...... so id say his performance has suffered. Put Karl on Cals bike, I think Cal beats him. All speculation of course. But that would be my prediction.
