aww cmon man give the guy a break he clearly wasnt feeling to good, halway through u could see he was out of energy... he deserves some credit for finishing the race lorenzo also...

id like to see you do a few laps in these guys conditions... yeah you prob couldnt even if someone was pushing you round the track in a shoping cart.....

Glad to see no-one badmouthing Pedrosa. .... his personality.
Gotta r-e-s-p-e-c-t his racing. And is it my imagination - or did he seem
50% more human and genuinely gracious at the interview? Who
knows - maybe he's changing. Maybe coming out from under the
shadow of Pooch. Hey . . . if Nicky can get a 5th on the mankiller
anything is possible.

hayden should retire from embarassment... guy who is struggling with fitness hard beat him easily on his home track.

Yea, even Nick gave him a thumbs up on the cool down lap.

Nobody congradulated Canepa on his 12th place finish

First off Yourgay (it's funny that's what Rossi calls him) is amazing. I mean that guy is almost my favorite rider now. I have no words for the performance that he pulled off today. Simply amazing.

Pedrosa cam out of no where and shocked everyone. I watched every peice of footage and I still don't know where he came from. He was never on the pace. Of course J-Lo was injured and Rossi said that he ...... up his settings and we all know the Story with Stoner believe it or not. But credit to Dani, it was a very good race by him. .... Puig though, can't even believe they would give that peice of .... any airtime at all.

Hayden with a 5th, ahhhh yeah. He said he hopes that they found something. Good to see the big grin on his face. I think he feels like he has won something.

Edwards and Dovi were really dissappointing and the rest were the rest.

BTW What the hell was Toseland thinking. I think he may have just lost his job with that move.

Not the greatest race I've ever seen, but I'm well chuffed to see Dani get the win after all the problems he's had lately.

10/10 for Jorge again - he couldn't even lift the champagne bottle, so that was some ride on a track as physical as that. How the hell he didn't crash after the move on Rossi I'll never know. I pissed myself laughing as he went past the finsh line right after that and his pitboard said 'OK' on it.
<

I don't believe for one second that Casey's faking this illness at all. He did great to finish that race in fourth.

JT - WTF were you doing??? You coulda had a few points were it not for the black flag.

Nice to see Nicky in fifth too.

Damn dude, that's a bad case of Pinky-itis you've got there! Opening your mouth in public must be soooo embarrassing. You should have a doctor look at that real soon.

This race proved that Rossi and Pedrosa are the most intelligent riders out there and Jorge is a madman... I think that Jorge's ego lets him down big time - take that move he tried on Rossi, it was simply stupid. It's his ego that makes him push that hard, when injured

There was a chippy at my work who fell of a ladder once - about all of three feet. He put a claim in against the company, but for the next nine months - until the cheque arrived had to limp around at on a daily basis
<
. Thing is, he kept forgetting which ankle he'd supposedly injured, so the limp would change from left to right on a daily basis. Point being...

Dani wasn't limping like the cripple he purported to be earlier on in this morning's warm up when he just chased Mike Leitner on the block with the champers!!! In fact, he couldn't supress his jubilation, so much so, he sprinted like Carl Lewis after his crew chief. So let's be right, he's just won, he forgot to put on the act - or didn't need to. The guy's almost fully fit - like Jules was saying, he just hasn't been able to train, but he's fully recovered otherwise.

Jorge - no ........, no pretense, no hamming up..refreshing to see. We don't need this sport being reduced to or inhabited by 'La Liga' 'Serie A style' drama queens. Jorge reminds me of the true golden age riders, the hard fuckers like Doohan, Schwantz, Rainey, and Gardner, who wouldn't sandbag or feign injury - they refused to allow any weakness to show - grit their teeth, and had no apparent ..... in the armour - they simply couldn't afford to. Casey's rubbing the wrist again..and I've made a mental note on which arm is allegedly pumped! (And to think, several posts ago, I was exhorting y'all to go easy on the guy
<
)

I can't believe the way that Jorge has gone from impetuous spoilt brat, to a mature and calculating, measured motorcycle racer in so short a time. Several years ago, a similar move at to the one he tried today at turn 11 would have taken out both riders. Anyone remember his frustrated hot headed desperate lunge on Pedrosa at Sachsenring some years ago which saw Dani's exhaust dangling for the rest of the race, and Jorge tumble into the gravel trap. Or Shuhei Ayoyama skittling him on the first turn at Istanbul, and he punched out his advertising hording in the garage, and locked himself in the team truck for three hours!! - The hissy fits are history...Jorge has come of age. Like I say, I attribute this to the fact he ditched Amatirain..even the subsequent death threats fell on deaf ears. Jorge is the future of this sport.
