Gran Premio Motul de la República Argentina

The tide is turning against Rossi slowly and surely. He's begun to be seen by more and more for what he really is and always has been; a whiny .....

Going to be a great day.

You're wrong. What he has been is a strong competitor most of the time. He has built a fan base and historical legacy unprecedented in this sport. He now wields this adulation and marketability to his own benefit. Not a ...., nor a whiny one. Just a ruthless competitor, left unrestrained by authorities and organisers.

Says the ........ that never watches any races live and comes in here to cheer crashes.

Hahaha get .......
I'm known to set alarms at 3am to watch a practice session.
Doesn't make me a better fan of the sport. Just happen to have that kind of flexibility (actually not. I'm just generally late for work on Monday mornings.)in my avenue of income.

Why do you continue to be so abrasive?

No I'm not wrong.

This is the guy who advanced a ludicrous conspiracy theory in the pre-race presser at Sepang when he felt his title slipping away. He's been whining for years when things don't go his way like with the Bridgestone/Michelin 2008 ......... Threatening to quit if he didn't get Bridgestone tires. That's a whiny .....

Lorenzo takes a wide line for a late apex Rossi makes a similar move to Marquez because there is room there. Lorenzo picks the bike up as he gets the apex to avoid crashing. Rossi complains about Pedrosa doing an almost carbon copy move on him later in the race.
This

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

Again, unprecedented, unpoliced behaviour. I'm not contesting he is justified.

Amigo. If he was truly ruthless, he'd have stayed on at Yamaha and beat his teammate. Instead, he tried to punish Yamaha who'd been so good to him, by going to Ducati. And truly in light of his past behavior, saying he's scared of Marquez and then whining about rough passes is laughable. And weaponizing his loony fan base, never admonishing their .... behavior, like booing and spitting at Stoner, death threats to MM and the like, is not ruthless, it's abysmal petty .....

Theres no denying Rossi was the catalyst for a lot of people getting into MotoGP. In fact I was the same way, he was the first 'big name' in the sport I knew about but the more I watched him, and especially after reading his biography, it gave me the impression he was a spoilt brat who of course had talent, but also had the 'gift of the gab' as they say in the UK. He makes a big issue of Marquez coming to his garage in front of the cameras which is ironic since Rossi has made a career of playing up to the cameras.

It boils down to "This is Racing Casey"....except when he is on the receiving end.

I don't care if he finishes 24th and last, but I just want him to keep re-signing until 2040 just to see the mouthbreathers in agony.

Agony, are you serious? I’m elated that Rossi re signed and hope he continues to take up a championship seat. That’s one less bike to worry about. I would guess Marquez feels the same, he knows Rossi is not a threat to him.

Please tell me which part of his bio points to him being a spoilt brat. The part where Graziano told him that they can't afford kart racing so they settled on bikes? Or the part where he bought Rossi a run down RS125 as his first race bike?

Probably the part where he continuously ran afoul of the law and got off because of who daddy was. No big deal, I ran afoul of the law on a regular basis when I was a kid, nothing serious, but did get the switch for it

Something needs to be done about Marquez. There was no excuse for what he did last race. Everyone of his apologists has to go back in time to try to equate Marquez' inexcusable actions with something Rossi has done.

Its time to live in the present. It's time that serious action be taken against Marquez.

If nothing is done then we will have confirmation that MotoGP is a Spanish series run by Spaniards for the benefit of Spaniards. I'd rather watch WSB if that's the case.

Was it an Italian series run by Italians to benefit Italians when Rossi was doing even worse aggressions ? There is a thing called precedent and Dorna set it when they allowed Rossi to barge thru riders with no penalty. With that in mind, the past is relevant as bad as you don’t want it to be.
