If the roles were reversed, everyone here would be crying for Rossi’s head on a platter now.

To be honest I do not like Marquez nor Rossi when they put up their show and start their fights, because I think it's unhealthy for this sport, which I love.

I don't have any interest in bashing/defending any of the two as I am a Dovi fan firstly, and a Rins fan secondly. I don't care who "wins" the Rossi-Marquez debates nor who takes down who if they get together during a race. I just wish they never started all this .... in the first place.

But referring to yesterday, I do think what Marquez did was wrong but I do think Rossi's words were lame, considering how much he stood up for the "disisrèsing" kinda thing in the past.

On the race start.

there needs to be a rule. Time limit before race start where tyre changes can be made.

last we saw this was Rabat? At saschenring. He got the tyres changed on grid but had wet setup bike, brakes and suspension settings.

Miller was the only rider who got it correct when the flag was supposed to drop. Everyone on wets should have had to do a bike swap - mid race.

My understanding is there is a rule in place. If you change bikes before the warm up lap starts, you have to join the back of the grid at the start. That's what happened. If you change bikes during the warm up lap then you start from out lane.

How can you change bike before the warm up?

What you take on warm up lap is your bike. Before then is irrelevant?

Or am i missing something here?

I thought rossis crash was a deliberate dive ... I mean he made it all the way to the slippy soft grass and then tried to turn on track. Then he does the full soccer dive by sooking and calling Marquez unsafe. Just another turn off for me.

Suzuki would be foolish to hire JLo...they might end up with another 2017 (or current) Iannone....
Suzuki, I hope, is pushing more for Zarco now....especially after his performance in Argentina....
Why hire a petulant paranoid older 5 time champion when you can hire a 2 time younger hungrier champion for less money?

Zarco again? Hahaha this sport is the ..... Commentators actually said “where is Yamaha? Nowhere.” Naturally they forgot what Zarco is riding. Or maybe they know it should be a factory Yam. I love this ..... God day for Dovi, all things considered. But how about that Miller? Best Duc by a mile!!! Oh right, Jackwho? I love this ....!!!

All riders except for Miller changed their bikes before the warm up lap had started. If they did their warm up lap and changed after that then a pit and start would be where they would start. But they changed before then in time for the start of the warm up lap meaning they would have to join the back of the grid after the last qualifier which is what happened.

Miller is just cool. Both as a rider and as a guy.

I really hope he'll end up on the [rumored to soon be free] second Ducati next to Dovi. All the hardcore Ducati fans are in love with the guy, so it would also help their marketing a lot.

Not quite. There is only one last place grid spot. So instead of lining them up side by side last, they simply bumped them up 23 spots. Laughable. They all saw Miller had taken the gamble. If it had started raining they all would of laughed and Miller would suffer. Look tbh I don’t take the sport governing body seriously. It’s a farce, wwe. I do take the riders seriously though and I....
1.appreciate the risks Jack took this w/e to show his balls and skill
2. am glad no rider was injured in what was a crazy race. That includes VR. I know he deserves it getting run into, still don’t want to see him injured.
3. The race was great entertainment. But it was sad to see what has become of a great sport. The sport governing body is a farce. Don’t cry for me Argentina I have little sympathy for the poor yellow fans, afterall this is racing.
