<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (ed24) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>What did Hayden had to say about the "incident" with Pedrosa?
Anyone knows?
Good question ed. Great camera work showing hayden's empty garage
and scraped leathers hanging from his trailer van or whatever it's
called. So saying that - he probably hasn't and won't talk to
anyone for days. Lol.

Rossi is so taken away by his genius and stardom that he won't tolerate a challenging team mate: Checa, Hayden, among other, know this very well. Even Stoner was censured for 2007.

Giggling Edwards is very much a perk that Rossi can afford to have. No offence, I do respect Edwards' riding finesse, but it is pretty much a top-notch ride wasted, not even good to fend other riders off

If I were Nicky I would let Dani have it and say things how they are, I've never been a Hayden fan, but today I feel bad for him.

My connection wen't out at the same time as eagles. SO I got to track it form live timing. Fell asleep, than it took me like 30 mins to read all of these posts!

If I could read lips, then I would know what the last words Dani ever heard coming from Nicky's mouth.

Tamada in 5th???? surely his best of the season, Checa is a star...dissapionted with Loris, what happened there?????

MM again riding in pain gets a credible 8th spot.

Some surprising results today, Toni winning, Makoto 5th, Hoffman beating the official Ducati team, Cardoso wasn't the last

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>VALENTINO ROSSI
When I saw that Colin was behind me this made me quite relaxed because I knew he would help me as much as he could. He rode a great race and I have to say a big thank you to him, I am so sad that he’s not on the podium with me today

just for the record ..........
<

Yeah, Tamada's swan song is not bad, but the Roberts 3th with a hand-crafted bike beating all works rides bar Rossi, is even better.

Gresini stroke a good formula: Elias adds now to Melandri's hat-tricks wins! Fortuna must be the most succesful sponsor in terms of return of investment.

Thanks for the quote ben.

As for if
hayden tried to get going again - yes he was practically back
trying to pick up the bike before the marshalls could react. Then
they ran straight to dani as hayden waved frantically trying to
get them to help him.
Probably screaming something like "you european cs, help your own little f brain".
No sorry, only my bad attempt at a joke. Pedrosa was just closest. Though it did appear like they only helped the spaniard.

I could only read up to the 6th page before wanting to puke.

Israli Racer, I have lost some respect for you. I still think you are a level headed person with good comments but what the hell is wrong with you for (as it seems to me) supporting Dani here?! So what I will try to do is point out how (I think) ridiculous your statements sound. All while trying to not disrespect you or anyone since this is of course a forum where opinions are said. That is the point of a forum. And to of course keep the respect we have for each other as members of this forum with valuable input.

Yes, I agree team orders can kill a sport. With 2 races left and a championship at stake team orders don't have to be given out, they are common sense among TEAM mates. Now, if it were Hayden 1st and Pedrosa 2nd in the championship separated by 12 points then by all means go ahead, make stupid braking maneuvers in the 3rd lap of the race! You have a championship to win!

I support Dani for giving 100% while riding. That is when this sport is the best when all riders give it all. Was it the wrong time to be going 100%? YES! Yes, it was!

Team Orders don't have to be given out by a team. They are given by a thing called common sense. That braking move was a little ridiculous, it would've been wonderful it it would actually have worked! But it didn't and it cost not only his teammate the championship, but the company the championship. He has lost some respect among fans and journalists. It has been less than 12 hours and they are already calling it "The worst move in modern motorcycle motorsports."

Dani deserves all the flak he is going to take. He should be reprimanded by the team, I don't think Dorna needs to step in on this matter. Dani needs to learn to respect his team, teammate, and company.

Do not try to do moves like those when more than your position (yes, mathematically you can win the championship, but get a clue!) hangs in the balance. You just cost your teammate, team and company the world championship. How do you think he will feel when that all comes crashing down on his conscience?

Anyways, I hope not to have disrespected you or any members. And do let your opinions be known. This is a forum!

What a race though, Don't forget about KRJR! And what a good thing for Elias, that was wonderful, that was the form I was expecting to see all season long, not at the end!

Good post xB rida

Though perhaps his conscience hits him in time to finish 2nd in valencia as hayden wins the title

good 1 hector!

Thank you.

As you all know I'm not even a big hayden fan, I'll support my Americans but I am trying to be in the middle here. There is just no excuse for doing that.

The way I can see it is: Edwards knows Rossi is faster so I might as well stay back here and help him out. Dani and Hayden (For sake of not getting my ... kicked by some people here) are equally as fast. Maybe one is stronger in the other at some parts bla bla bla. Dani wants top show she can beat the championship leader and BAM, .... happens.

Its all a stupid mistake that will defnitely be remembed by the fans and will leave a lasting memory for hayden, Pedrosa, and their fans. I think we might see a big rift in that Repsol Honda garage in the next few seasons.

Does anyone see the beginning of a rivalry here?

From my perspective the rivalry
began a long time ago. But then i don't count a rivalry as only
when you battle for a championship together like pedrosa
does.

Lol. Well when i say a long time i mean during this season as it has taken shape it has felt like there is a "friction" there

oh man i'll bet it's good & frosty in the repsol camp! oh yes to the rivalry. strange but in a way this could work out in our favor as far as entertainment go's. hayden & pedrosa fighten each other at every turn.

When I turned on my TV to see the Moto GP results after I came back from my football match I saw them walking onto the podium...Kenny Roberts JR...Valentino Rossi...Marco Mel TONI ELIAS?! wow I said to myself.
<

Colin Edwards did well I suppose should possibly have got a podium at least, seeing as he's now eventually on the same bike as Rossi with only 2 races left. (1 now).

Pedrosa is going to be in the spotlight for the next couple of weeks and possibly longer for Hayden fans because that has possibly just cost Hayden his world championship; even though he might not deserveas much as Valentino Rossi, Loris Capirossi or Dani Pedrosa.

Whoever has the points at the end of
the season always deserves it in my opinion. So hayden deserves at
least second. To respond to your last comment alex. Even though i
did make an exception to this rule in 2005 when Kallio lost out to
luhti who has clearly turned out to be the inferior rider
<
. Though
that's just cause i'm biased. Lol

EVERYBODY! I WILL SAY THIS ONCE FRIKKIN' MORE! I WILL IGNORE THE REPLIES OF ANYONE WHO DOESN'T ACTUALLY READ MY POSTS BEFORE REPLYING TO THEM!!!!!

I DID NOT SAY DANI PEDROSA WAS IN THE RIGHT. I SAID HIS CHOICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR OVERTAKING WERE ALL WRONG AND CRAZY. I SAID THAT TEAM ORDERS ARE A LOAD OF CRAP AND THAT EVERY RACER SHOULD FIGHT FOR HIMSELF AND ALWAYS PUSH HIMSELF TO HIS LIMIT. WHAT IS NOT CLEAR HERE?!?!?!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer)<div class='quotemain'>We can agree on that, the move itself was ridiculous and was never gonna happen. But I cannot agree that Dani should have ridden behind Nicky and just supported him.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer)<div class='quotemain'>We agree on the fact that the move was suicidal and never gonna happen, but it being his team-mate is irrelevant, they've been fighting throughout the season. Don't forget that Dani still had a mathematical chance of taking the title.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer)<div class='quotemain'>And Dani didn't do anything wrong except for try and overtake where he couldn't possibly hope to. I respect him for not following team orders.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer)<div class='quotemain'>Listen, I'm a big fan of both Hayden and Pedrosa, ask anyone on this forum, but I can never condone someone not racing to his fullest extent. Everyone should give 100%, all the time. I agree he shouldn't have tried to pass there because there was no room, but thats irrelevant to team orders, thats just bad timing

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer)<div class='quotemain'>Ok Frosty, so we agree that he should be allowed to fight and give it 100%? Thats the only point I contested, I agree that his choice of time and place for overtaking was ridiculous.

NOW WHAT IS NOT ....... CLEAR?!
