Best race of the season so far, full of drama man!!
I feel for you Frosty, that hasn't done ur Fantasy stats any good mate.
actually, as bizaar as it sounds, i will gain on doc. melandri beat cappers ha ha made a last minuet switch, everybody at the top has repsol as their team, except for grimm, so it's not going to be to bad.

& as far as the championship is concerned.... well ur right it aint over till the fat lady sings. but rossi's girl friend is big & fat ain't she!?

If Stoner got fined for that qualifying incident, then Dani should get at least fined or even better suspended for this crap!

By the way Stoner makes a small mistake that cost someone a possible grid spot, Rossi passed under yellow and took championship points away and nothing happends. What is going on.

Now having said that, I have been pulling for Rossi all season and I think this just goes to prove that he is the best ever. But rules are rules and should not be bent for anyone and everyone should be treated fair. Dorna and MotoGP have really dropped the ball this year.

P.S. I am not a huge Hayden fan either. I like the guy but he is by no means my favorite rider in GP.

Listen to yourself! What did Dani do wrong? He misjudged a corner! Remember when Rossi did that to Melandri last year? Remember when Lorenzo did it to Locatelli? Remember when KRJR did it to Tamada? These things happen, thats racing for crying out loud!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer @ Oct 15 2006, 01:08 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I agree he shouldn't have tried to pass there because there was no room, but thats irrelevant to team orders, thats just bad timing.

Bad timing or bad rider? Pedrosa just cant see anyone else win but him, what he did was very stupid, he should get penalyzed by his team, someone is got to do something to control the little prick who thinks he can do anything he wants.....

Anyway I think what happen today compensates for Elias taking down Vale on the first race of the season.

...however, this time, something really big was at stake: hayden's championship tiltle hopes. It's racing, but for hayden, it came at a very wrong time.

Bad timing aka mistake..... are you familiar with the term? Cardoso makes mistakes, Capirossi makes mistakes, even the great Rossi makes mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes. Thats racing.

The only way that would be a rational reason would be if you were hinting that Pedrosa took out Hayden on purpose, and nobody is silly enough to hint that.

Exactly, then why do other people get fined or punished for this same stuff and some people get away completely free? Remember in 2003 and Hopkins at Motegi then in 2004 Loris Capirossi did the exact same thing and nothing happends. Just saying there is some bias in thier punishment procedures. And watch that pass again, Dani has been trying those holy sh^t passes all year. Some times you have to yes, but Dani is not god and he should be fined at least by HRC.

What a stupid fool Pedrosa is! it was way too early for that kind of BS, he should of studied the race before making any moves. There supposed to be a team for .... sakes! What kind of BS overtaking attempt was that, Team orders should be empossed when the stakes were so high. Honda didn't do that because they made a vowel, but I suspect that they thought that Pedrosa would have the decency not to try anything that rash.

that's 1 of many ways of looking at it.

Thats why Pedrosa is a ROOKIE, he showed that today, no other rider would've tried to pull a stupid thing like that, only a selfish ROOKIE...

In none of the examples I've given did any of the riders get fined or punished. If Lorenzo didn't get punished for his move on Locatelli in Le Mans, this was nothing by comparison.

I can't believe people are complaining that a rider gave 100% during a race! Thats the most absurd thing I've ever heard.

I wasn't hinting that Dani took out Hayden on purpose. If it was a mistake, then it probably was. Unfortunately, of all the time that this could happen was when Nicky was only 12 points adrift Rossi. That's what I was saying.

stoner would have, & did to sete!

Go Tony!!! Great race! Hayden over takes pedrosa with wild push so i think next lap pedrosa gave him a bigger push. Rossi looked happy enough for 2nd after the incident. 8 points i think will see him take the championship

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>Well call me Silly....
Conspiracy theories this way! I say that Rossi paid Dani Pedrosa money to crash into Nicky Hayden! Anyone got any more stupid suggestions?

You seriously think Dani saw Nicky ahead of him and thought "Lets ram him and see what happens"?

a 100% of WHAT? Im sorry but thats not giving a 100%, thats just a stupid move at the wrong time at the wrong race!

There is a difference buddy....what Pedrosa did today was NOT race at 100%!!
