You know Casey could end up with 13 wins

...no wager on this mate...when he gets to 12 then i will

Well Borner is all about the wins and not alot about the show so thats a real possibility.

casey rode like a machine. whats amazing is his consistancy....

its sure amazing me, this whole season so far has been quite bizzare

As predicted CS blasted everyone away, but I was impressed with Hopper who showed very good pace, again good to see the WC beat his teamate and score another podium. Has Rossi got anywhere to go now after that lacklustre performance?

Sure, rallying!

Casey rode brilliant.

Yes, Hopkins is that good.
The explanation for not winning or podiuming more this last few years, including this one is his bike not his talent.

Hayden will always beat his rivals when he has equal equipment to them. What does this say about his ability? Answer: his lackluster results this year has more to do with the crappy combination he’s been given this year. He kicks Pedrosa's ... every time they are on equal equipment. The Honda/Michelin is still .....

Pedrosa-so this guy is supposed to be the heir apparent? Hayden is second fiddle; the world knows it except a few ignorant and stupid ....... that refuse to see/accept the reality. Spanish team, Spanish sponsor, gives all the support to their Spanish rider, but they are looking the wrong way if they want another championship. Pedrosa is overrated!!!

Rossi has a good enough bike to at least keep up with the Hondas since they are on the same tires. That he didn’t, says more about him than it does his equipment. Oh but I bet there will be plenty who don’t see it this way. I guess the tires/bike are a liability only for Rossi—an idea that doesn’t seem to apply toward other rider’s poor packages.

Colin, what the hell has happened to you?

Toni Elias wins the MAN UP AWARD previously held by Melandri. I know people who broke their Femur and were on crutches for 8 months. This guy is something extraordinary. I hope he gets in good form soon so he can again start bumping and muscling his way to the front, just to see the fans of other riders get their panties in a tizzy like they did at the beginning of this season.

Vermuelen, you are not supposed to pass Rossi. Don’t you know you are a superbiker and are not up to par with GP riders? Well at least some ignoramuses on this forum would like us to believe this.

Guintoli, you are such a “looser”, can’t you do any better on those superdooper Dunlop tires? (Sarcasm)

DePuniet, is so trying to stay with Kawasaki. Haha, chill out man, Dorna needs you because of your neat passport. Don’t you know you are French? Yeah man, just like Hoffman has been asked to stay because he’s so good, oh and he’s German.

Can somebody please help Team Roberts? Please God.

It was boring. F1 boring! So I turned over to the football. I hate wishing someone would have bad luck to make a race or championship more interesting.

Valentino vale-iantly posting a solid 7th couldn’t spark your interest Valerian?

I guess football is more interesting for football fans. Perhaps you may want to post on fifaforum.com that you were watching a boring race so you tuned into the game.

boring, bring on 2008 stopped watching with about 11 laps to go

as others have said it really did seem like a f1 race

Remind me of something please. Who had the banner that said: Rossi will fry the Kentucky...?

Yeah, this race was so so boring, so I popped in a preciously recorded F1 race into the VCR so I could be even more bored. Yeah, since I'm an F1 fan posting on a MotoGP forum.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE<div class='quotemain'>Tinks: stop trying to push rossi down further

Well, its not like the rest of us are pushing, its more like his fans are throwing in the towel. "its so boring..."

Damn.............I'm back on a plane!

Bit of a processional race. Nice bit of excitement for fifth place and a bit further down the pack.... not that they televised much of it.
Can't say much now that hasn't already been said.
Strong work again from Stoner.
Nice ride from Hopper.
Great to see Haydos on the podium after such a good weekend for him.
Saw nothing of Pedrosa.
Vermy is ....... amazing.
Decentish ride from Capirex.
Rossi was dissapointing - Michelins are no excuse.
De Pretty is gonna keep his ride.
Hat's off to Elias.
and .... the rest.

I hope you chose wisely and put the tape of that race at Indianapolis a few years back when 4 (or was it 6) cars started ... what a race ... what a spectacular event F1 is ... not!

I had a banner? news to me, and it was a boring race crash.net said the same, cnn world sport said the same (those are what I have read/hear from others who agree) I dont know if america can watch the 125/250 cause when I was there for a couple month they only showed a prerecorded motogp race, what I am getting at is.. the 125 was much more exciting race with a 5 man battle for the lead, the premier class was the boring class

Admittedly not the most entertaining race in history...

For all us one-eyed Stoner/Hopkins/Hayden/Vermeulen fans it was a reasonable result though!
<

Sorry... I'm not a great Pedrosa fan. Nothing wrong with the guy & he rides extremely well but he just doesn't inspire anything in me to want to cheer him on!

As for Vale, well it's very disappointing to see him down the field like that for whatever reason. Whether you love or hate the man you have to feel that things aren't guite right when VR isn't at least in the top 5!
<

Good to see the ever improving Honda's & Suzuki's on the boil again though!

Looking forward now to Misano & the "new" track for MotoGP!

Cheers, M

Big dani fan so just wanna say solid ride today, good ride from nicky also but he won't be getting used to finishing in front of number 26.

Rider of the day for me was CV, get race, a few more laps and he would have caught dani.

Casey...blah, good race as usual but its just to easy for him now, his package is so much more advanced this year, but fairness the boy is a great rider and has not made one mistake all year which must be applauded.

That F1 race was fantastic - it was totally unbelievable and a lot more interesting than F1's regular fare. It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

The Brno race was boring - the result was never in doubt. Though I am a fan of Valentino and would like him to win, it would be just as boring if it was Vale who was disappearing into the distance. Casey has rode fantastic and considering his reputation from last year, he has been wonderfully consistent and has suprised me. At the beginning of the year, I wasn't sure if he was for real but he's convinced me that he is. He's a typically tough Aussie!!

Hopefully next year there will be other bikes that can stay with the Ducati.

I watch Motogp because it's fun and exciting and in recent year we have had lots of close racing. If it stops being that and 2007 has not been a vintage year for Motogp in terms of entertainment IMHO, I'll stop watching. My life is too short to waste my time being bored. I love football and if it's boring I switch it off. Life is too short.

true this was not the most nail biting ive ever seen but as a fan you have to take the rough with the smooth,

I have lost count of the number of excuses for Rossi's inability to win a title the last 2 years. It has gone from plain old bad luck to engine configuration, with .... tires,.... bike, girl friend problems, and tax man problems thrown in for good measure.Getting beat is getting beat no matter how or why it happens.Right now,Stoner and Ducati are in the zone where everthing from the bike, tire, riding style, the team, mental state, have meshed to create a juggernaut. We saw it for 5 strait years with Rossi and the run away wins and run away titles. It's just possible,we are seeing the early stages of the end of the greatest rider to ever throw a leg across a bike.He might even still be the best, but it is obvious that he is not the same rider he was 3-4 years ago.In the past he would take a 3rd place bike and will it to win,im not seeing that in him now.And you know what, that is normal. You cant keep the edge forever
