I don’t think I’m quite ready for the world’s first ever team manager wild card ride!
I am. New rite of passage for potential riders in the KTM factory team. They have to go out and race Pedrosa. No win = no ride.

Francesco Guidotti could be out as team manager to be replaced by… Dani Effin Pedrosa!
There's a rumor that Alberto Puig may be out at Honda to be replaced by Francesco Guidotti.
Could make sense, his brother Giacomo Guidotti works for HRC and is(was?) Marini’s crew chief. He might have moved to the test team recently though.

Why is/would Guidotti leave KTM though? He hasn't been there long. Is he being pushed?
They were talking about someone this weekend more or less being pushed out. I thought it was Guidotti but I could be...and probably am....wrong.
Speaking of KTM, they seem to have taken a step backward or at least have stagnated.
KTM is now the second best bike, overtaking Aprilia.
Taken a big step forward, compared to last season.
Unfortunately Ducati is on a different level.
You can put a lot of that down to Aprilia having a retiree and a bipolar victim on the books. It’s only Acosta that’s doing it for KTM. However I cannot fathom how Binder is 5th in the championship, he is indeed a smoke and mirrors master.

Actually KTM is very similar to last year. Binder one position lower currently than he finished last year, but has been joined by Acosta. Constructor's championship they lead Aprilia in the points, but it's close and they lacking the win (or 2) Aprilia was able to find. Ducati miles ahead.
Great points but it doesn't feel like KTM is the 2nd best bike. Maybe it would if Fernandez was more than a warm body on top of it.
For one I'd say too many DNFs for Acosta.
MarcVDS confirms Salac for 2025.
Arbolino off to Pramac Yamaha Moto2 then.

KTM could easly be the best bike, all they would have to do is change to Desmo valve gear,,,,,,,Simple.
