2018 Gran Premio d'Italia Oakley - Mugello

Fair enough, but Zarco has been up there with the factory boys in the past two seasons as well, before Petronas and before having an "equal" bike. And satellite bike didn't experience the issues the factory did.

Satellite bikes are derossified.

Correct. Remove Rossi from the equation and the Yamaha is shown to be an awesome machine. Don't believe the nonsense about the M1 being rubbish. FB20 & FM21 have no complaints.

There is the small matter of Vinales' form. It's not that great as well and Rossi is currently outscoring him, though not outqualifying him. Additionally, the one time Morbidelli qualified on the front row, he couldn't translate his qualifying performance into a good race finish. Fabio's bike broke, so we can only fantasise about where he would have likely finished.

I think the situation is more complicated than simply saying what you're saying about Rossi.

An interesting thing...

Rossi crashed, but consider this... If championship points were awarded based on the fans volume of tears and excuses... then Rossi would be wiping the floor with Marquez.

Millers crash sucks, saying that I'd like to see Petrucci win his first MotoGP race.

Motogp is boring... Marquez is boring etc etc what a great race. The 4 at the front + Jack put on a great show for us.
Great race by Petrucci.
Viñales with 6th, but somehow crashing out while in last will be Yamahas fault.

It’s hard not to love Petrucci’s story. Plucked from obscurity to a career ending CRT, managed to get a proper ride, improved enough to get a factory ride and now *almost* the most unlikely GP winner ever.

Awww c'mon .... clearly it is Yamahas fsult! Theyve been slowing the bike down since Lorenzo left ....... obviously not slow enough for their favourite rider. Lol

Race of the year definitely. Maybe one of the all time greatest races.

Absolutely. All the bitching aside about Dorna, they have cobbled together a workable formula that's been producing some phenomenal races these last few years; lets hope they don't .... it up any time soon. Definitely a golden age of MotoGp. If only Yamaha could get their .... together, but the odds of having more than two or three factories producing near co-equal bikes in the same season are I think small.

Petrucci - Dayymmmmn boy!
Marquez - still hungry and busting his ... trying to figure how to dominate at Mugello (makes me really really want to go next year)
Dovi - gutted he didn't take the win.
Rins - ....... impressive - would love to see what he could do on a Honda
Nakagami - workin' it. Loves me an underdog.

Tho not a fan of Miller (not hatin' either) he had some brilliant moments and I did feel bad when he dropped out. No denying, the guy has heart.

What a race!! Insanely fun to watch with the 5 best riders today fighting without fear especially in the first laps.
I feel bad for Miller, and really happy to watch petrux winning a race, especially in that type of race. Great effort by Marc who seems struggling to me in this track, he achieved a very good result. Dovi did great but that first corner in the last lap get him out of the fight. Quartararo didn't find his pace on this sunny sunday but anyways he keep looking good for the future, especially for yamaha with his riding style. Maverick struggling again with the strart.

And finally i'm so proud of Alex Rins who came from 13th to 4th in an insanely race by him, fighting with the best of the best today despite of being slower than them on the straight. Incredible overtakes and effort until he (i think) lost that extra in the corners because of the great effort at the start.
Sorry for my english, i'm trying it without translator LOL
Im new in the forum and i like to have this motogp talks with you guys cya
