Definitely...although I tend to go for Friday and Saturday, and haven't been on raceday since 2005. Don't forget, I'm 30 minutes down the road, so if anyone doesn't fancy canvas and needs a roof, get in quick - because it may not be over my head for much longer!!

Since there are three of us, I have never been able to take the bike on raceday. Actually most years, I do Thursday as well, for Riders for Health Day of Champions. I've done the ride in the last two years. I did Laguna in '06, and it was so well organized, I was in Monterey Bay within 20 minutes of leaving the circuit. Same year, at Catalunya, just jump on the frequent trains behind the circuit and you find yourself whisked off to Barcelona in a nanosecond. To be honest Jane, that's the biggest challenge Simon Gillet and his cohorts face for next year is sorting out the access to and from the racetrack. Much of the adjacent roads are single lane. I never thought I'd look forward to the traffic at Silverstone!!

If Gillet delivers, Donington is going to be one hell of a loss. I really don't think it'll stay at Silverstone for long from what I'm hearing. Blame Mosely and Ecclestone.

Qualifying...I'll be outfield by the bar at Starkey's. And if that new tunnel at McCleans is open, I won't have to mount a major expedition to get there this year.

Will go on all three days, only live 30mins drive from donny and actually i work at East Midlands airport and pass around donny every single day.

heavy traffic can be a real bummer, and from what i've heard, it's the most usual thing in donny after the race...

Should definitely be there on race day.

Maybe Friday and Saturday too - I'm going with my brother and he still hasn't decided if he can afford the full weekend yet.

I will be there for certain. Picking Clarkjw and his friend Joe up in Cambridge on saturday morning then heading up for qualifying. Back to mine for some beers then up to the circuit on race day...

I will be there Saturday and Sunday, even though my tickets haven't turned up yet!!

i should be there - work permitting.

mates are going down fri-sun on their bikes & camping but i'm so pissed off that i don't have one that i'm only going sunday

Myself and my 2 lads will be there all 3 days.

Also got tickets for the day of champions.

We only live about 30 mins up the M1...although teh roadworks are pretty bad around that area at the moment if you live north of donny.

Yeah you do need to keep your eye on the old speedo, was down that way the other week and it isn't due to be completed till autumn 2010.

you rekon they actually work ?

there was loads of people tonking it past me - way over the limit and there's enough cameras in one stretch to get you a ban........

I'll be there. Got grandstand tickets for raceday.

Come on Arrab if you haven't been since '05 then it's about time you went again and it is the last one! and the weathers going to be great! and Rossi's going to win! and we'll be there, what more can I say, unless you can't handle all that fun of course!



I can't wait, I've started packing already!
