i was starting to think that riding the ducati as hard as he's been for the past few years is simply wearing him out at this point. i truly hope that it is what mladin had a year or so back. something that will resolve. more so because this has been one of the better years of motogp in quite awhile. imo this has been the first real competition rossi has had, ever. not just from one rider, but from two. jorge and stoner are real threats. week in, and week out. not just for one or two races.

as far as all the other crap being spewed. its old people.

Johnny only blind person can miss Stoner whinging in this interview but hang on i forget there is plenty of blind Stoner fans on this forum.

Refusing to handshake Stoner showed his class even Sete manage the handshake after Jerez incident which in my opinion was very hard compare to laguna seca overtaking.

again this is not about being a rossi fan. This is about professionalism and self containment in public. This has been debated many times and the reason for bringing it all up again is because rockgod wanted proof.

Hardly possible to find anyone less professional and less self contained than Rossi. Bless him.
But he does have a very different perspective on things compared to stoner and that make him easier to like for many and more annoying for the few.


But then again, I really don't care. If we could get some more close racing they could all be mute for all that I care

Well, hasn't this thread been hijacked - anyone would think Pinky and his aliases had been here. Last time I looked at the heading it was talking about Stoner's health issues but we get the usual ........ and now we're back at laguna 2008.

No man with any cajones after being through the meat grinder that was Laguna 2008 would be happy. I'd have been so ....... angry I'd be half postal. Half at myself and half at the competitor that beat me. I wouldn't have been nearly as composed as Stoner was. I'd be more Colin Edwards in Assen punching my fist through the fairing type of angry. Hey now there is a comparison. Edwards/Hayden. Sort of the same ending. Was Edwards whinging?

Yeah exactly, talk about out of your comfort zone. Europeans, especially spanish and italians have it easier if you want to be a MotoGP rider. Thats why the Australians that make it must of taken a lot of sacrifice.

I remember Rossi whingeing a few times in the past about Biaggi, he's just learnt there's no point in saying it to media now and now he is the daddy people should respect him (in his opinion). Stoner will learn not to say things people/media don't like to hear, he's still young.

There is a bit of whingeing going on here about Stoner, I like all the riders just would rather see certain riders win sometimes.

Well I don't know about how you forigners or non Americans classify being a whiner but he aint whining in any video I have seen here or anywhere else. I see and hear a dude that isn't happy about a race. He isn't a crybaby about it. I would be pissed also if I didn't win. I think in the scheme of things he has every right to explain himself and why his actions or words are what they are. If any of yyou think that is whining then your definition is different than mine. If you say that is whining then you have to call just about every rider out there who didn't win a whiner.
