You don't think you have the names Rossi and Stoner totally arse about do you? You sure are wrong about both of their personas
Find me a picture from 2011 where Stoner was not happy ....... even the "talent v's ambition" commentwas made with a smile

This is all just another "whinge at Stoner cos he won again" thing, and the stupid thing is you folk get on here with your childish nightmares and moan and whimper and then attribute those characteristics to a guy who is obviously the total opposite ............ fruity!!
I guarantee you that as we speak Casey Stoner is not whingng on the net about some Scotish guy whinging and moaning about him ......... he may be having ............. fun.... me you, Jum and Reg. etc. have sad lives .
Read the post, I'm not whinging about Stoner, I'm saying that he has got a ....... good life and still moans. If you don't understand the concept then please ask for help with the words instead of talking pish. Nobody is slagging his talent.
Holy ...., if you spent as much time getting a basic education and understanding of the english language as you do reading every post as "Stoner is ....., Rossi is god" then you may post something vaguely relevent.

I dont think Stoner gives a .... about all that stuff....knowing he has beaten Rossi fair and square when they have been in head to head competition is what really matters to him. Rossi and his fans know on that score Stoner is obviously superior....and all the fans and money in the world aint gonna get Rossi another win any time soon either.
A rather salient point. If you were casey stoner it might also be starting to look like a trend that they seem inclined to make major rule changes every time you dominantly win a world championship.
What do I think about CRT ? I agree the current situation is financially unsustainable. I also think a fuel efficiency formula whilst theoretically attractive in a prototype formula as fuel efficiency is a good thing to develop is problematic for racing as it seems to mandate a single line. They do have to limit performance in some way, at which the fuel restriction is also probably aimed, both because of the limitations of the circuits and of human physiology.
Basically if they make motogp into nascar on two wheels, I am out of there with stoner. A series closer to wsbk, which would obviously not be practicable with wsbk continuing alongside as andy says, with the best riders in that series and without the current phony equalisation rules in wsbk I could probably live with.
I would say that if stoner (and honda for that matter) don't want to compete in a purely CRT series then surely they are entitled not to do so. Again any whinging by stoner is well and truly exceeded by whinging about his whinging.
We haven't seen Rossi stoner on bikes both are comfortable with. Rossi would have to jump back on the Honda that he left or a Yamaha with a bit more power. Sure stoner is more adaptable but if he is comfortable and his competitor is uncomfortable or vice versa, it doesn't answer the question you actually want answered.
Doing OK in terms of championships and races in which they have competed against each other; I agree it is likely to remain the case that he did not defeat rossi in races and championships in which he did not compete.
If money and fanbase become the criteria, it will then be wcw wrestling rather than premier class bike racing.

Oh no! First Stoner and now you. Where will it all end.
I am not sure that stoner is more adaptable than rossi, what would seem to have been demonstrated is that stoner could ride ducati 800gp bikes in a way that rossi, along with all others who assayed it , couldn't.

If those questions havent been answered in the most emphatic manner this year then you havent been paying attention.
Rossi has been on the BEST BIKE on the grid for 4 of the 5 years of 800cc competition. Yet statistically his record is inferior. Now Stoner has the same opportunity going forward with Honda in the 1000cc class which will probably be the bike to ride for a while yet one would think.
