Ok, we do not need anymore topics about one Casey Stoner. He doesn't race bikes anymore. Love him or hate him, he's gone, deal with it. If you find yourself reading something about his garden or perhaps the 3rd article you've read this week based on the same interview post it in one of the plethora of Stoner threads already existing. This .... is getting stupid.

I think the thought process is if Casey's name is kept in the forefront, he will see that he was liked more than he thought and will come back.

I doubt very much Casey is perusing message boards trying to figure out if he's well liked.


I don't have a problem with Casey being a point of discussion, there is still and always will be some relevancy there. I just don't think we need a new thread every day.

I have it on good authority from a bloke that pulls things that smell like fish from the sea (so he must be a lifeguard) that Casey is fishing every spare second. 


 


Not figuratively or metaphorically.

He and adriana accompanied simoncelli's girlfriend on the flight back to Italy. Reading between the lines I don't think he made any pretence of being close to marco, but I think his wife and marco's girlfriend may have been closer.

That's fine, we have lot's of Stoner fans. Some of them are even some of my favorite peoplses here. But you don't see Andy Roo starting a new thread every time Stoner cuts his toenails or hits up his cute little wife for some. This is at least the third article I've read based on the same inteview he gave, and easily the worst of the lot. I'm a Rossi fan, but even I can see that article was a ........ hatchet job. All that aside there were 7-8000 Stoner threads already on the board it could have been posted in to waste another 5-6 minutes of my life. I'm not blaming you Trumpy for the bullshitiness of the article, that was some other ........ steaming pile, but for christ sake, it wasn't so ....... improtant to warrant another thread. And threads get started on this forum over nothing, I'm talking coukoo niothing, so saying not important enough is saying something.


 


All that being said, welcome to the forum.

I might start a thread tomorrow when you are hung over called "Stoner Bangs his missus". 


 


The Boners like me can get on here and say "Yeah she's hot I'd do her" , 'lucky ......." 


 


The Boppers will be sagely commenting on how it is disrespectful to everyone else who has ... because Ron Jeremy is in hospital (aortic aneurysm).  Because they KNOW he is crass and disrespectful. 


 


Someone will leave the forum and threaten never to have ... ever again because of the furore 


 


And we will get a new troll called Adriane's Anal Toy who will get on here and tell us that when he had relations with our wife/mother/grandmother/sister/aunt/teenage daughter/male equivalent of any of those/whatever pets you have/a seagull corpse that we are all losers and they did them better. Then someone will fight him, someone will side with him, we will all have a great back tissuefest over what is decent and proper, EVERY ...... in the western world and .... it the eastern one as well will have sand in it. 


 


We'll bag the moderators, bag the fence sitters, waffle about expectations, call each other wimps and then someone else will start another topic "Casey does a runny poo" and we'll get it all again. .... me he drinks ....... soy milk off we go again .


 


The important threads are about Suzuki's return and the 2013 line up. Marquez etc, 


 


Stoner retired, he is great, I have serious man love for him but one thread in memoriam would have been fine. I have just done a quick calculation and despite having signed lithographs on the wall, serious fanboyism just 10% of the threads I start are on Stoner. 


 


And I'm not sensitive or hacky. Start a fishing thread and write him a letter because that's what he's doing every second day now I hear. One of the girls at works husband ran into him putting a line in on Southport Spit apparently. Fishing


 


The site can change its name to "Powertide".

If I had known anyone with that surname up in the hills, they would have been predestined to carve out a small patch in the Jarrah and be the most popular house party host - probably to buy an XD for their 16th birthday and have unsatisfyingly humiliating ... with the milkmaid voted most likely to bonk the PE teacher. His Dad would have been a stringy scrounger with a dead roll-up pasted to his lip, sitting outside the pub in the hope that one of his feral band of relatives hadn't blown their entire dole load on food.


 


Those kinds of girl (the milkmaids) were never my style, always preferring girls on the fringe, as it were... until the lovely Mrs. BJ came along, if you'll pardon the pun.


 


Is it true that we are condemned by our parents choice of names? Is a Quentin always going to be a soft, overweight, speccy .... with the full set of Dungeons and Dragons, as well as a subscription to D&D Master magazine?


 


Are all Brad's uncaring, shallow .......s that take the girl of your dreams only to cast her off, sullied, three nights later?


 


Was Guillame's lot in life to be forever correcting spelling?


 


Personally, I am glad I picked short-syllable names for our kids, but the .......s still manage to .... up spelling Rhys... I mean, how hard is Welsh, really? It isn't like it is Serbo-Croat (a language I was first introduced to in Tintin books - along with Bashi-Bazouks, a race I have yet to encounter, despite many travels to the East).


 


 


Enquiring minds need to know this ....... especially interested to hear from any stoners that may be able to shed any light.
